another epic intro with words of reflection
this talented arrangement is one of its wonderful features for this musical rhythm.
your work is always unique, and this combination of voice enriches all his compositions.
your skills with the piano in music overcome all expectations,3:37 pianos are wonderfully perfect.
much talent in adapting to the vocal arrangements.
and the epic finale ends this song with a flourish.
all the best my friend
Your stuff is always pretty much the exact opposite of what i do but i do enjoy listening to things that calm me down.
This is a nice piece with great lyrics, It reminds me a little of Kate Bush mixed with a little portishead and that can't be a bad thing can it?
I enjoyed listening to this piece and now i feel sleepy.
Nice easy to listen to track.

Cosmical journey...I think (and I don't wanna be wise) have to live so many 'light years' to appreciate this song...my 'movie' showed in front of me when I listened this fantastic piece of artwork..love, hope, life...:-)
Everyone can have their preferences, and also share. This is another song on here, but still this beautiful voice. Thank you for commenting. I appreciate.
this is exquisite
the sparse use of instruments is quite compelling
your soundscape creation is captivating
The first section appears to set the stage, transporting us from our personal world into the realm your music is creating - we then here the bell toll repeatedly above a sorrowful theme conveying great loss to me. This is the realm of observation
As we hear the "booms" - we sink deeper - from the observational realm to that of personal feelings and emotions. Two characters enter as we hear the accordion and the reed instrument dialogue as if in conversation (perhaps in a futile conversation) across a soundscape of music that conveys "ruin"
To my ears it sounds as if the accordion is trying to console the reed as it spirals in despair
The voice is like the "divine heart" of the track - a pillar of infinite compassion
As the track evolves - it would appear there is no true resolve - just moving onward with the weight of event still in consciousness.
Love and compassion are every present in this piece - with an impetus to move onward - even though it may be difficult.
Dan - your works always transmit such depth of feeling to me - you are a soul of great feeling and reflection. Thank you for being so courageous to not only compose such a piece, but to share it as well. Blessings to you and yours.
Thank you for these words so appreciative .... When I read your bio, I know that the music you really touched. It is music that comes out of stereotypical music we hear all day long. A concept that you understand.
This is music that I designed after an injury .... One way to express my pain, and certain disarray ....
Music has this power of expression, better sometimes than words.
Thank you for having understood this musical message.
Take care of yourself.
Bonjour Dan
je parcoure à mon tour votre univers ... belle approche musical , belle variation... légèreté... elle ma fait voyager... ravie de m 'évader dans votre univers Dan :)
Now I'm pretty sure you're my most favorite member of the looperman.Just like your other ones, I loved this song, specially the piano.
doesn't need to say keep it up!
This is really beautiful Dan.
You are a real talent and the way your music merges with the vocals is always astonishing for me.
Simply Superb.
Ciao, Domenico
PS: I find curious the choice for the drums, they sound kind of thin, specially the toms, but they fit perfectly in the mix... I have so much to learn from you...
you always come bringing brilliant compositions, and that work in union makes his work even more charming.
this composition I could see even more the feeling that it is something that I find most important in a song.
the letter that brings grief to reflect on love, and that tune piano and bass underscores the feeling that strengthens the music.
surely you have skills for this type of sound!!
best wishes my friend.
Glorious, what a fabulous mellow voice silverpaw has, your music production is equal to it. Could not fault anything and it was five minutes plus of sheer joy. Thank you for sharing.
The Irish have their legendary features, but it is nice the to rub shoulders and share as I have done here, with a certain complicity. Thank you for coming so far ....
Over Five Minutes of PURE JOY! You two have a dynamite Duo. The production level is of the chain crazy stellar! I think maybe David Bowie is being channeled a bit here, and that is a VERY good time!!! The passion and emotions really shines forth. BRILLIANT!
It is true that when I heard the first voice of tests of Corey .... I said to myself "Hey buddy, you have mistaken your email in sending your music" as there was very similar to that of David Bowie in vocal nuances ....
But here, stop the illusion .... with this performance nevertheless exceptional.
Bonjour Dan....much credit to you and Corey...he is indeed a special talent so your mutual art matches really well...wonderful work on the vocal Corey...well written and delivered with passion that matches the musical embellishments perfectly. I think this is your best to date and you just seem to keep getting better.......a most enjoyable piece of musical art from 2 of my fav musicians....well done gentlemen.....Ed
The snow is melted it, or at least is it in good way?
I do not know if this is the best, or that there will be other, but like you, I try to do every time of this challenge, something pleasant, and original ....
I have the chance to meet talented people who help me and allow me to this kind of feat (If one can call this "feat") .... Thanks!
Wow, what an awesome atmosphere that opening sequence strikes. Can see this being used as a soundtrack to an epic opening or closing sequence. Great vocals as well. The strings are also brilliant my friend. Thank you for sharing this great piece of art!
Thank you for this comment, which shows a certain interest in this track. It's always nice to know the impact that can have a song .... even if it can be diametrically opposite in the feelings it brings ....
This is dark in it's ambiance. I like that. A lot. It seems that a lot of people are afraid to produce anything dark. There's a particular beauty that's carried in the sadness, loss, or pain that you don't get with happy upbeat tunes. You've managed to leash that beauty and bring it straight to the surface with this piece. Fantastic work!
I have designed the music that inspired the lyrics and singing of Corey. Probably in the harmony there were the key to this "dark" style as you write here ....
I don't speak English well to describe what I feel now...
Just thank you and Silverpaw to get this track alive and give us hope to carry on after bad periods of life...one of the best track at the pages of Loopey...
I am not more gifted with English, but the important thing is that you enjoyed this piece and this collaboration with Corey.
