Well John it is a great song, I mean it is full of everything, voices, instruments, a great melody, meaningful lyrics, it is complete and it is a real beauty.
Excellent work
Wish you the best, Anthony.
Anthony thank you so much for listening, I am so honored to work with RichardShekari on here who made this song happen with his heart felt vocals and his mix and mastering skills. Thank you for the kind words have a blessed day!
Hello John - you are the master of your craft - it's like you become one with the guitar and it's so special. Beautiful. I kept hearing this one line 'And in the Morning, the Sun will shine..' Imagination is my thing, though :) Kay0s
a lovely piece that feels warm, cozy and bright. nicely jammed! :)
something was weird with the waveform and player, it said the track was like half an hour long but then suddenly it reached the end... never seen this before!
Thats strange about the file. I used Voice Record 7 to convert the file to mp3 from my iPhone. Maybe I will go back to using convertio.com. Thank you for listening and your kind words.
great work again guys seriously top craft, your a great talent John, you and Rev Richard rock great musicians too, continue spreading your love and light brothers, you bring nothing but happiness
Dimestop thank you so much for listening and your kind words. I am honored to work with Richard, his heart is so on fire to this work and his voice is so killer. He brings in all the pieces of the puzzle, I have learned so much from him.
So stoked you like it KayOs! I dig the way Richard mixed this, trading between my dobro and banjo, gave it a real Cajun feel almost bluegrass. His voice and conviction reminds me of the old Onward Christian Soldiers hym completely all in so sick!
You two always bring a smile to my face. Beautiful harmony and you still got a bit of a country twist goin on! I had imaginings of you two going on The Voice and Will I Am turning his chair :)
Richard always tells me, Lets do a Country song, but it always ends up not quite in that lane, so for you to say that it has a country twist is a great accomplishment for me. When I first heard Richards voice I was blown away and thought, oh man this is the perfect Reggae sound. I was so stoked he wanted to work with me. Cool imagery of The Voice, I hope He turns haha!!
some interesting sounds and well produced and for sure a good starting point for something more - or for use in a soundtrack - worth playing some more with : )
Hello John. I see this as an interesting backdrop composition to support another form of instrumentation and an incidental vocal, to weave it together as a more holistic track. Maybe a conventional electric guitar or weaving saxophone and a few blurred ahhs from a sorprano to pull in a rhythm. I enjoyed listening but personally I would add to it. Kay0s
It would be ace to have an Olivia Newton John type voice on this. Beautiful country twang with guitar at.1.17 and going through track. The beginning reminded me of Eric Clapton's 'Lola'. A decent production. Kay0s
This sounds great mate. Beautifully recorded too. I'd be very tempted to add my dulcet tones (lol) if I could find some time. Hopefully someone jumps on it. Man it's nice to hear more guitars here lately, especially accoustics like this. Nice one!
Zootman, thanks for listening. I recorded this directly into my iPhone. It truly is amazing the sound you can get through your phone mic. Thanks again man
