Thanks for the kind words bro...I appreciate you taking the time to listen and review. Hopefully one day I will get around to finishing these and maybe even adding some vocals.
Thanks bro...appreciate the support. Nice to know others find enjoyment in something you created. Feel like a lot of things are falling in place for me as far as finding a sound. Thanks again.
Hello my friend...thank you kindly for taking the time to listen and review. Bluesy shit is my core...Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, it's all still gotta have that bluesy core. Thanks again for listening.
Thanks bro...I appreciate the kind words and support. It's what keeps me going. I was looking for that old school 60.s-70's CCR sound. Thanks for taking the time to check it out.
this one has that live sound that is hard to come by these days (or so it seems) topvega...nice up front sound....reminds me of those Saturday night dance parties....very nicely done & like the bluesy-rock touch.....Ed
Hey Ed, thanks for the very kind words and the support. It is greatly appreciated. I am always striving to get the sound and tone just right. I am a big fan of the "live" sound as well. Thinking about adding some Rock organ or harmonica to this. It still feels a bit naked. Thanks again.
CNIC, thanks for the positive vibes bro...much appreciated. I never thought of this as anything but rock but I can see where you are coming from. It does have an odd vibe and sound and I can get the Electronia connection. Thanks again.
Hi I don't really listen to elements of Rock, but from a music prospective. I do have to agree with Blaqh and Vicky the guitar does sound too forward, but I am liking the overall mix of it maybe adding some vocals to your mix as you suggested would be even better! keep it up :)
Thanks BM I appreciate you taking the time to listen and offer some advice on how to make the mix better. I am a guitarist at heart so I tend to push the guitar levels too hot in the mix from my bias. :) I lowered them a bit so they don't stand out so much in the mix. thanks again tv
Yes! very good vibrations "Pink Floyd" here .... but for the mix would require a little more discernment (my humble opinion of course) .... For example, the rhythm guitar is too forward, and drowning out the other elements of this composition. This takes nothing from your great talent anyway, and the general idea is very good .... and I encourage you to persevere. Do you have separate tracks?
Thanks for the constructive feedback, I appreciate it. I brought the rhythm guitar down in the mix. I usually listen to my rendered songs a cpl different ways before I post them but didn't with this one..instead I just trusted the headphone mix. Thanks again. Will continue fine tuning this one and maybe even add some vocals.
Hey Jamie, thanks for taking the time to listen and comment....I appreciate it. Smetimes I think I spend too much time working on my guitar tone but I think it is an important part of creating a track.
me back again... like what you have going on here... would love to collab with you on this one... if so, send me the drum tracks and guitars... i'll put down some bass, more guitar and generally mess it up real good...
Thanks neil....I sent the stems off to you and can't wait to hear what you come up with bro. This was just a mess around with harmonics and wound up sounding kind of interesting so I recorded it. Thanks again.
Lol...this wld be one strange birthday song but I dig strange. :-) Unfortunately vocals are my weak point. Trying to improve but it is a tough process. I hve much respect for vocalists. Thanks for giving it a listen.
This is something right out of the late 60's early 70's beginning of heavy metal music. Makes me think of a Deep Purple and Foghat blend here. All that is lacking is a killer vocal track. This woke me up!
Thanks bro...I appreciate the kind words and you taking the time to gve it a listen. Yeah I was trying to get that classic rock sound...I enjoy trying to capture different rock sounds.

Some nice earthy guitar tones on this - reminds me a little of Neil Young's sound when he plays electric guitar!
Nice one ,
Jamie.

I think some vocals would be awesome. Turn it into a birthday song. Something like: "Happy Birthday... Here's a birthday song from me."
