Wow! This is dope! Nice liquid smooth atmosphere's. Love the old school feel. Nice steady running beat. I enjoyed this all. Probably one of your best IDB trks to date DV!!! Fav'd in an instant. Love it! Great work! Yes Please...lol... You still got my email? I'll hit you up anyways... Yeah whateva you got on the assembly line I'd like to hear it!
Blume thanks alot man, I cant believe I got so many reviews in a day. I was expecting a couple favs and reviews from the regulars, which include you ofcourse, but nothing more.
I'm really surprised this ones been so well recieved. Cheers for taking the time mate, I really appreciate it. Yeah got another one coming in sometime soon, just stretching it out and looking for that perfect vocal, you know what I mean? Stay tuned mate, will offer refreshments soon!
nice stuff, deserves more commenting, no constructive tips from me on this though, it sounds real pleasant and done as it is. Just wanna say it rocks, some good dub right here, light it up... Eeh, well one to go, - perhaps slight variation in the base break accents, sort of an inside melody would do fine. The drums are sweet, love it how they kick it up, energetic yet profound and not without structure. Nice channeling heres. This track is definitly something, it evokes a really pleasant feeling of concentrated goodness or something alike, keep it up.
If Dub were an island, the ocean surrounding it would be the bass. You've illustrated this perfectly with this piece. Actually this is one of my all time favorite roots styled Dub pieces of all time on this site, and it's a good day seeing it back up where it belongs.
All the right/rite elements here. You've got textures happening that Ambient music strives for, and a slow elegant rhythm that could be shuffle danced to for hours and long after the bliss trance has set in.
Rootz. If reincarnation was a possibility, I think I'd be casting a wide net trying to figure out just who and where you were before. Serious Kingston influences here, fantastic down tempo and all the right rhythmic moves.
Funny enough, I could hear this song start playing in my head as soon as I saw the title. A memorable track, indeed.
Thanks for bring this "old" stuff back - I've missed it!

Yeah bro! We've all felt that sting haven't we? Glad you got to the root of the issue, lotsa listeners simply say "nice tune"...(off of looperman). "Nice tune" doesn't really sum up what I had going on in my head at the time.
You, however, get it. You really do, I can tell from the FB status ;)
Thanks alot mate, every one of my tracks you like is like a thumbs up from a veteran. Hardcore difficulty!
Butcha firstly dude you're RED! Congrats on that bro, I've been w/o innernet for a couple weeks now so I didn't notice. Secondly, yeah heres this bad boy uploaded once again.
I uploaded it because someone (I forget who, I drink too much) complained that there wasn't enough "simple" "grime" here.
This is pretty simple, and VERY grimey. Sort of like a video response on youtube! :D
Thanks alot mate, love that you took the time. Cheers!
Sup bro? Hope everythings cool at your end. Yeah this ones an old track from 2010, just a little something I put together to explore the "grime" of it all. I don't really think I did the genre any justice, but I'm really glad you like it. Thank you mate, you just made my day!
Does anyone else notice that this genre and Dubstep sound slightly similar. First off, you got the Wobble thats in DUBstep Music and then the Drums that are in this song might be the only thing that doese'nt fit into the Dubstep genre (making this sound like a Grime song.) Good work man! its very repetitive but not to shabby. The Wobbley Lead is what made me think of Dubstep. Grime and Dubstep both are awesome! great job!
Thanks alot for taking the time to write to me man.
Secondly, I agree with you bro. Dubstep and grime, like two brothers who don't really get along very well, but know that they're brothers and therefor "MUST" get along.
I know what you mean. The drum track could easily have been used for a dubstep track, and I think I may actually have done just that, but in this instance, I made a grimey hip hop beat out of it. No one seems to have noticed that it may well be a hip hop instrumental as well.
Thats what fusion is all about bro. I suppose! Thanks again! peace!
Danke, gabe! Yeah this was in reply to the post about grime being left behind. Thought I'd show the man that it's not, it's just that we're experimenting with other genres.
Appreciate you taking the time, means alot. Thank you.
Oh hell yeah. You're review is just like the track itself. Sweet and to the point. This is hip hop just the way I grew up listening to it, no bells and whistles, just hard.
I appreciate you taking the time my friend. Thank you.
I've to be honest here, I never thought you'd be the sort to nod to hip hop. I dunno why, but damnit am I surprised. Thanks alot Bil, you made my day.
Especially because you appreciate the simplicity. I was aiming for that, and seeing that it's appreciated is heart warming. You're a star m'man. Thank you.
Thanks mate, appreciate you takin the time. Yea it's minimal, partly because I'm not very adept at hip hop at the moment, and partly because I feel it's the way hip hop ought to be, I dunno, just my opinion. Really glad you liked it bro, muchos gracias!
Really nice sort of Sombre feel to it. The only thing i can think would it make it nicer or would fit nicely with it is if you were spitting a story of some sort? The beat really lends itself nicely to making a point so it would work awesomely with that kinda format.
Thanks alot for the appreciation bro, means alot coming from you.
The philosophist deserves all the credit for this one, his pella inspired all aspects of the instrumental, even the beat!
(bassline was my own imagination ;))
Thanks alot for taking the time my friend, I really appreciate it. Not too many people speak out like you do, so a thumbs up from you means alot. Thanks again bro!
Thank you man. Yeah those stories never become painless, time just kinda blunts the hurt. But they DO provide much inspiration, and if you've got a DAW with you, then much good comes from letting it out.

You're one that should constantly be stepping out of your comfort zone creatively. When you do, you come up with stuff like this. And this is awesome.
