i love cinematic or serial compositions, and this is a really fine theme, real stately but hella edgy too.
modern chamber music was always a big attraction too, and your orchestration/arrangement is finely wrought. and bro the sound is definitely fuckin cinematic. 5 stars.
Nice build up. It creates tension. Brings to mind the land of the giants. Like a band of giants are playing this in a swamp for the crocodiles. I like it.
Wicked raw different energetic
Some what gothic oh wait I said that already wicked and Gothic go together. Um it exactly sounds like gabber lol good work homie thinking outside the box definitely a stupenda hack
bringer! Ok let’s jump right in. The repetitive quirky swing with the vocals after the first two bars I realized was a setup for the groove you dropped at the 1:04 spot. The sax at 1:15 is fire then people fussing with the sax paused and easing back in is my type of session. Then you blend the quirky swing with the groove. BOSS MOVE DUDE! Finally the ending note is the perfect exit. Your grey matter is firing all of the creative neurons! Faved.
bringer! The layered piano at the jump off is genius. It's interesting how you traverse from scene to scene and vibe to vibe seamlessly. Then with a clever twist, you go Dolby Atmos cinematic breakbeatish at the 3:12 mark. Next, the bots come in at 3:26. The last quarter, wraps up nicely. And lastly, That's a pretty interesting waveform! Remarkable creativity dude! Faved. TTYL.
Thanks for the fav. The bots wrote most of it, I arranged their voices and set up the "Turing machines." I try to be without category intentionally. Lately I've been more interested in earlier jazz idioms. When you get a moment you should check this one out: https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/243530
I used samples from the 30s and 60s, and wrapped them in MIDI.
Conservative intro!
Nice cosmic run! I feel this is more like trip hopish maybe more house at the end. I was expecting more of transition mix but still good track
Yeah, the writer shouldn't also be the categorizer. That would be the listener's job, so you probably have a better idea of genre than I do; also, what is a "transition mix?"
Well stop thinking about it and they won't get hard. My mustache runs just fine lol u crazy homie good title! Excellent 20s 30s vibe with the Bringer bringing the Doom! Where's the sample from bugs bunny. I wouldn't even know what genre this is but it's pretty cool though I know you weren't feeling my latest that you comment on but I took it down I put something more your your vibe I hope I think it is good looking homie
Thanks for the listen, fav, and feedback. I'm pretty sure I checked out your "latest" but it was probably 12 tracks ago... bugs bunny, good idea. As far as genre, I mine as well throw a dart at a list with my eyes closed.
Hey mate, here to checkout your works, first time reviewing this genre, first actually listen to this genre, so feedback won't be to much sorry, can say I'm enjoying the list. Liking to faint vocal in track guessing it is vocal of some sort, tracks takes you on amazing journey, excellent work, will definitely be back check out more, fav'd Peace n Respect mosaic
Lets party! In your face, righteous madness. I love it when you drag out that saxophone (assuming it is you playing it again?). Harks back to some bygone era, or else a futuristic one. I'm almost imagining the bar room scene in the first Star Wars movie. Nice one.
The intro was interesting but the bass line is what caught my ear. Some cool changes and there is no shortage of energy here. Fun, creative and got me going as I have my first coffee of the day.
Hey bro can you do me a favor can you go read my last comment that I have on the last song that you heard I'm kind of confused and I don't know I need some assistance on understanding that comment from somebody kinda weird
Actually quite mesmerising. I just had to surrender to it and go with it. Love the bass lines. I was getting hints of Herbie Hancock headhunter vibes sometimes. Very cool.
Well the good thing about this right now I'm learning I have no idea what this genre is definitely like the xylophone. You know right now my ears are saying WOW
I KNOW NOTHING OF THIS GENRE BUT THANK YOU FOR THE INTRODUCTION TO IT S*** IT SOUNDS LIKE THIS IS A FUN GENRE BUT STILL HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO INITIATE ONE THE SOUNDS YOU BROUGHT IN ON THIS THIS CRAZY I LIKE THAT SOUND THAT LITTLE SYNTH HIGH PITCH SOUND THAT HELLA DOPE funny how u switch to some Beethoven breakbeat lol but you came back with it hell yeah I like that sound hell yeah I got to get this
Yeah, I try to keep the genre as confusing as possible. One way to describe it would be a blues/jazz note selection with synth heavy timbre and a prog rock type beat (odd timed).
great work Ben lovin that perc sounds like a cabasa but treated great variation in instruments finally balanced at one stage it had an Indian feel then it changes to another vibe, loved the 3.20 change and 4.23 cool outro too great mix
You know I can't resist an "Oddball" rhythm.
I was in Narvana through this Whole track. I
just knew at some point you were going to enter
with either Sax or Guitar with heavy Delay or some
type of Arpeggio. In the end it wasn't necessary. It's
just me never letting enough be enough:-)
yeah I'm feeling the old movie vibe too, or a game soundtrack. hella 90's 00s - when you would buy dvds and the matrix came out. nice mix on this tho, some crazy sounds
35 damn 10 years ago all well the music never gets old! Digging this industrial type track! Lots of cinematics. 1.55 nice don't know why it reminds me of mission impossible a lil
