First off the panning sounds so great right from the very start, wasn't sure about the vocals at first, sounded a little muddy through the headset which they did same partly at times through out the mix, but as the track went on, they sounded better in the mix (less muddy, haven't heard the original so don't know if that is the sound of the vocals you had to work with doing the remix, really surprised this hasn't been reviewed more, because this is a nice listen (suppose its not hip hop)sadly seems others here don't appreciate other genre's as much here anymore these days, fav'd matey...Peace Mosaic...
When I mixed this, I used some in ear Apple headphones.. the mix sounded pretty good to me at the time. I then upgraded to some AKG's and when I listened back to this track I could instantly hear how muddy the entire mix was and was stunned by the clarity of the AKG's. Especially on the low end of things...
I'll upload some of my newer work and hopefully you'll be able to hear the difference in quality :p
Great Remix. Could well be the next summerhit. Nothing overdone and all perfectly at its place. You mixed it down so well. The chords really jump out of the speakers like crazy. Well done!
Crap, this is good! You should upload it to YouTube. People love remixes - and this one could get big! Extremely...Extremely professional-sounding. Like seriously dude! Look into buying a license to sell it! I know there are websites that work as a middleman and take care of the legal work for you, isn't very complicated if I recall correctly. I did that for my cover of "Come As You Are" by Crowder. Paid a small fee for a certain number of sells.
Really glad you think it's good enough to make money. As for trying to get it licensed.. The label that owns the original probably wouldn't give me the time of day as they're pretty huge. Simon Cowells label "Syco" to be precise.. I don't think they'd have any interest in licensing a song to me haha. But still, thanks for the props :D
Congratulations! You have proven that just by making a beat sound painless with equalizers and compressors and a happy voice you can make something sound like a hit without the use of rising and yo-yo synth scales and chords. This is definitely worth selling to indie radios. Will definitely replace one of the deadbeat songs they normally play otherwise.

Welcome back to civy street mate.
When they make music illegal we'll all be on the porridge banging out rhythm on the bars with our plates and mugs.
This is a great little number.
Really nice happy vibe to this and it somehow seems lighter than air even with that big kick and bass.
Sexy little number.
yeah the kick was too puny so I beefed it up using a couple of waves plugins.. multiband compressor, puigtec EQ and then a final compressor n EQ. Glad you like the track dude!
Love to hear a fresh deep house track on here. Although this ounds more like a regular house track(which I like as well very much). The track really has the right summer flow. Could definetly be dancing on this. Perfectly chosen synths and the vocal shots make the track really vivid. It al ready swings a lot. No need to add more. Maybe turn the beat down just a little, but that is probably more a personal opinion. Very well done. Favoured!
Thanks for the comment and the fav. I was thinking it was a little too loud as well, glad to have someone else say so too! I'll make some adjustments after I've had a little sleep.. I'll stop by your profile n return the favour then as well ;)
Jks, this is great. Nice vintage synths and disco-esque drums. I especially liked 1:48-2:08. I also feel like this would do really well with some vocals.
hi. very nice remix. I like this vocal version - it has this very calming impact on me. I think you did a very good work here - the track is powerful, loud and transparent. Will you be reworking this again by chance? For me it sounds really great so far. Congrats, Alex
Alright Wonki? Hope all is well in your department. Have to say i'm loving this remix. The bass sounds fine to me as do the drums and you've matched that vocal up perfectly.
Definitely a fav and a download.

Yeah there's nothing *wrong* with the bass per se.. just that it could be a lot better. I need to get some trade mark DnB sounds in there to take it up a notch me thinks..
