some nice idea here .. when you started playing around with those glitch synths the whole thing starts to come together but it does end quite quickly..but like you've said it seems you had an upload problem.. the whole track just seems to be lacking something not quite sure what it is so... nice track.. keep 'em coming brother

ShamanStone replied Unknown
I actually made the track for a friend of mine to rap on. But he is slow on projects so I uploaded it to be reviewed. I hope with vocals this track will be complete but Maybe I should do more synth also. Thanks for the review that helps alot......

oooh I love that growling bass, it's deliciously evil! Those shimmering synths are quite cool too. Nice live sounding drums, they keep the flow movin nicely. Definitely a nice change from your usual glitchy work. This sounds like it could use some trippy distorted vocals. Awesome track!
ShamanStone
ShamanStone replied Unknown
Never mind you listened to the right track I figured out the upload problem. Thanks for the awesome review. I played the whole track on my korg nano except the drums.

This is super creepy man! I love what you've done with the percussion, very trippy! That bass line is evil and awesome! It sounds like there are voices on certain parts of the track, very cool effect! Your rescent work is all very good, keep it up friend!

Hehe, I like the binary "charlie". I wrote an app that performs translations from text to binary and vice versa :) On to the track, I don't really have much of an idea on what a "proper" glitch track is, just know that from the term "glitch" there is a certain stutter/stuck/grainy idea on the sounds and you have performed a great job with this track, very nice solo-section with the drums and the sounds which kept the interest nicely. Good work. Keep it up.

funky glitch track for sure, i think the description is fitting. but i think the mic is broke couldn't hear anyone.

That just an attempt at humor on my part, The beep and blips (technical jargon) kinda sounded like r2d2 gettin down beatboxin

Groovy track! I like how your binary messes with the layout of looperman, funny stuff. Trippy vocal clips! I like the bass a lot, it's very powerful! Nice work!
ShamanStone
ShamanStone replied Unknown
I noticed it when I was trying to put my biog into binary. I figured since I have a glitcy tech style why not glitch looperman itself. P.S. Everthing in binary actually is actually a message.

Ah glitch, just what I needed to hear this morning! There's some crazy distortion on this track, which works really well with this kind of mix. That vocal sample is kind of disturbing! Very trippy track, I like it!

Crazy bass in the sine. Had this on my system and my feet were vibrating from the floor. The beat is cool but I think its dub or something. That wah wah woo sound is awesome and rattles my brain lol. I recognize some of the effects you used as well. Its always nice to hear how other people use them. Nice track its badass.

what i like about this is that it really gives me an image of somewhere in my mind. I think this track would be superb for a soundtrack to some kind of dark horror computer game, i could kill zombies to this.
ShamanStone
ShamanStone replied Unknown
Wow... that would be the most awesome use of any of my tracks I think I could imagine. Zombies pretty much rock all day!!!!!!!!!!!!

The beginning sounded like R2D2 was thrown in a washing machine lol howd you managed to create that mashed effect...I mus say when everything cleared up around, :50 It kept me interested to hear the rest of the track, Some sounds you used after the point wast pretty cool..All in all.....interesting
ShamanStone
ShamanStone replied Unknown
Thank for the review Joan. Most the sounds I engineered by chopping the drumbeat to oblivion and adding key osc tones and all kind of crazy filters. The song is actually like two samps. P.s. I take the r2d2 washingmachine thing as a major compliment, That is exactly what I was going for.
