definitely my style... :) it sounded great to me all you need i think is a somewhat more complete drum sound... maybe add the snare or something...im sure it will be even better when you finish it
yeah its definitely not as good. its the second song we ever wrote. we'll probably just throw it out. maybe use some of the samples or vocals in other songs. thanks for the review!

Ok BT...I'm going to give this an honest appraisal.....I love what's going on with the vocals,the pauses,the passion,the simple power of it and how the drums whip up at the end of the vocal line and then hurl it into the next verse...........Now here's the rub-overlying this is this way too busy cacophony of noise(I know it's labeled industrial-but to me that's just a tag to fuck up a potentially solid number)If this had a serious framework-main groove-chorus whatever-you would be cooking with gas...I'm not trying to mess with your poetic license..(it's only my opinion)but lets face it every person or group if they keep at music hone their skills and get tighter and better..that's what I feel is needed...because if you do you'll just jump and I mean jump.........also If you ever want a bass line..give me a bell......cheers planet
thanks for the very honest review! this was the second song we ever wrote, so yeah things are overly busy. i've thought about going through and just totally reworking it but the file itself is ridiculously busy so its hard to know where to start. but thanks very much!
sounds like the clone invasion! a bit heavier style for me, but the effects work well and the composition is well done. It also seems to tell a story and lets your mind wander into this story. After all that is what music is all about.

I love that you do things that sound different... I think with electronic music it gets easy to just copy others, and it's very obvious listening to your stuff, that you don't do that. Enjoyed this a lot! :)
i'm glad you appreciate that! it also helps that both of us come from mostly rock backgrounds, so when it converts electronically it comes out a little different lol.
I can see why so much work went into this... although it's fast as hell it's not scattered sounding in the least. I think that's a very hard thing to do with dnb... and you've managed to chuck some industrial influence in there too! I loved this... lol you make me feel like such an amateur ;) ~Lisa

For a beat that is so busy with sounds, it actually sounds easy to flow on. I don't know if you meant to mix those vocals that low but it adds a nice effect to this as an instrumental, intentional or not. haha. peace.
like i said this is when we were first learning the program so mixing was tough (at least for me it was) so yeah the mixing is pretty backwards. thanks for the listen tho!

i like this track! it sounded very unique...i liked the sort of industrial touch it had to it...it would have been great to have some distorted vocals!!!(thats just my opinion:P)
