I think ZZ Top proved a long time ago that you don't need some big band to pull off great rock and roll. This track proves that point once again. Outstanding track. It has all of the essentials, great bass, great guitar, great vox, great drums, and a great mix.

Wonderful effort.

A really outstanding 4-track attempt. I keep thinking with Rock n Roll, is more really necessary? Sometimes, yes - but to get to the foundations, less really is more.

Thanks for the kind words and I think you're right - sometimes fewer tracks lets you come closer to the core. But then again I really like the freedom that multitracks offer. :)

this is really really great - love the guitars and the strong country rock feel - great tones and great vocals and production - very nice work here! Love how it thins out and gives you a good listen to some of the individual tracks towards the end.

Hello there Kikajon,

Sorry its been awhile I got to listen to any of your songs and leave a review, as I owe you.
I am happy to hear this country rock tune here. I like it and it sounds really nice. The slide guitar sounds cool and some pedal steel sounds are there.

The vocals make all the difference in a song and I like them here. The guitar playing is very good.
I think you did a very nice job on this song and should do more country.
I am posting another modern country song in a few days. Give a listen if you get a chance.

Thank you Spyder, I'm glad you like it. The track was very fun to make, and Allens guitar spiced up the song. Erik sings it in a way I can't so I am very proud of how it turned out.

Thank you, I'm glad you like it. It was so much fun recording it, we did the final vocals in a hotel room in Ãƒâ€¦re Ã¢â‚¬â€œ just after a freestyle moguls event. It was around 11:30 pm when I realised that the people in the room next door probably were trying to sleep. Anyway, thank you for stopping by an giving such a kind review.
