after being out for a while.
I love the Guitar work Micky did on this
track for me. He always goes above and beyond
what I vision for any given track he plays or sings

Jamming indeed - Lots of interesting African sounding rhythms combined with a rich palette of exotic backing vocals, some cool rap and other vox samoles a loose funk jazz rock structure - what's not to like : )
I embellished it a little bit but,
This is the kinda groove I used to
hear in church when I was little. There
were no Synths(there are now) but this was
the best part of church for me. Some of the
choirs really jammed.

At first I started out to make this track "Opera-ish.
It blew chunks lol. I'm glad I got the chance to hook up with Micky and use the idea of more of a Rock type theme.

So.. "This is it".
You know I feel like it would be total disrespect to all that you have taught me over the years about "Drumming/Percussion"
if I did not put my best effort in the Drum-work on any track I put out.

No... No one "spiked your drink" at least not me...
I used a "Dr. Who Sonic Screwdriver". Bought it on Ebay.
It sonically plants a chip in your ear, but you have to have a sense of humor for it to take effect. LOL...
All the Lead Guitar sound was Synth. At some point I hope to find a Synth that really has the Guitar sound I want, but for now this is what I got.

First thought was rockabilly prog but I no sooner thought that and it changed, so its a bit of a dazzling chameleon this one bending and blending but holding its shape and our attention

that Drum/Percussion solo at the end of "A Game".
That was a super oversight on my part in my comments.
I don't think I've ever heard you go in that deep on
