Wow, this tune is really something. A wonderful start and nice progression, so much drama. Just as life itself.
I'm not sure if you plan on vocals but I think it would make the tune stand out for real. Excellent production, skilled playing.

I see you are from Memphis. It is a place that is stocked with musical talent....maybe something in the water?? No matter what causes this phenomenon, the important thing is great musicians/composers/arrangers/producers like yourself post your wonderful music for the rest of us to enjoy.
I loved the pacing on this one. It would be nice with vocals, but it is pretty damned special as an instrumental.
Thanks a lot for the wonderful review. I guess it is the water, but then again the whole state of TN has array of great musical talents. Proud to be from there. Yeah, some vocals would be a great addition for this.
Happy Holidays.
really dug the track here guy, love the grove and sound overall,
really dug the drum fills leading into the big phrase lights ya up!!great!! some kiiler lyrics and vocals would send this into a whole another platue! keep it up man!
I'm gonna have to agree with ConeyIsland on this one. Definitely getting a NIN vibe from this. Sounds excellent. Love the length. I felt like I was zoning out for about an hour listening to this haha. Very nicely done. Added to favs.
Kinda reminded me of some NIN stuff. The opening riffs are what really set it off. Come up with some crazy Reznor esk lyrics and its good to go. lol Cool track man. I went along for the ride.
Mate this is one very relaxing piece, beautiful guitar, sweet synths and pads, could see a nice soft vocal over this taking up to the next level, clarity is so sweet, does not seem repetitive to me, loving everything about this one, another fav coming along here, only disappointing thing to me here is that people have not been bother to review this track, it way deseves better response then it has received...Respect my friend and thank you...Estefano...
Thnx once again mate. I tend to do that too, but only commenting on the ones I like, or ones I thought could use some tweaking that I liked. Maybe there just not feelin it?
Overall a fairly smooth composition, particularly the 'chorus' guitar part/s.I think,in terms of metal,it lacks some bottom end.I would boost the kick drum, fatten it up a bit and make it more prominent. This would most certainly emphasize the tracks drive and balance the thin sounding drum track.Pretty enjoyable though, well done mate.
Thanks for the review. I'll keep that in mind. Yeah, I'm not exactly a metal-head, but I've listened to it here and there and thought it might make a good fit.
Man I love the bass line on this. The guitar is a little harsh agaisnt such a nice flowing bassline, but thats an easy tweak on the master EQ high side... and that would bring the cymbals down a little too. Great song though! As guitarists and Rockers I think we share the same problem... My hearing is totally SHOT! So I tend to EQ on the high side. Do your thing though, cause its working!
EDIT: NO Dude...I love this! It's very creative... you just need to tweak the EQ In my opinion...which is nothing. Be proud of this one man... It's really good! And for the record, I'm a hack guitar player myself. =7) It's not how well you play, but how well you sound.
I see its pretty unanimous that I messed up the lead a little, but I'll try and to do better next time. I can't really play guitar, so I try my best on the comp.
I don't think I've heard a track from you that was like this. Nice one, really enjoyed this. Reminds me of the Foo Fighters, just waiting for Dave Grohl's voice to kick in. Well done JW!
hey this sounds super, the intro is a lil bit oppressive, but as soon as the back melody kicks in, it takes on a whole different turn - a complete driftaway, it really gets through to me, enjoying the music experience. It can be tweaked and stuff but its a great start. I'd also recommend slightly more variation in the lead, perhaps playing with tempo a bit- on top of the drums. 2.58-sounds awesome. Then the overflow right after that is nice, but can be a bit clearer, perhaps layered with some high tones or pitched accents. Really cool part around 3.35, after which it gets pretty neat all together. I hope this helps in any way, its just my look on it, thanks for sharing your work, peace.
Thanks for review and listening. I was a little skeptical at first with the intro, but I just went with what I thought worked best for me. I also should have had a little more variation in the lead as well. Good ear.
Mate this is brillaint, so love it, excellent beat and bassline, I could see this in a film, maybe a war or something like that, beautiful pad/strings, synths are great, clarity and arrangement is spot on, genre wise not overly sure, one thing I can say this is a massive track, loved every minute of it, adding this baby to my fav's..Thank you for the listening pleasure...Peace n respect...Estefano...
Nice rock piece for sure, I am listening on lap top but guitar sounds little distorted, so cannot say if it is or not completely, that was the first thing that came to me, when it started, everything elses is very clear???
It does have a certain feel about it for sure, I think the way you have have arranged track it does give that warmth sort of feeling :-)
In saying that to it has a relaxing calm type of feel, something you dont always feel in a rock track, so that is a very nice touch. tis is a nice track my friend, like I said not completely sure about the distortion part, could just be the laptop..great work...look forward to see what the rest of the series you are hoping to do in the future, thank you...Peace n Respect matey...Estefano...
