WTF!? This sh*t is crazy, inspired by chase n status/501 kind of dubstep tunes im guessin lol. Seriously, this is fackin fatter than Fat Joe...
but the only constructive criticism i can give is...'Tell me that we've lost everythin...', i liked the MLK sample and the indian vocals but the other one is pretty poor tbh, i think u should take it out but thats just my opinion.
Also i think u might wanna add some fat swishes in there and reverse crashes/reverse synths, its hardly necessary but it might sound good. Lastly the only other is the sequencing of the hihats are pretty bog standard...maybe u wanted them very simple but u might wanna try playin with them and makin a more interestin hihat loop.
I can't believe I've listened to it 5 times already...i nearly got a boner when i first heard that fat bass! Sick tune, i honestly wouldn't have done such a big review if i weren't ratin it.
i have only one problem with this track.
i did it in Audacity.
i was using a demo version of FL at the time,
and i didnt save the sytrus patch for this
bassline (which bugs the hell outta me)cuz i cudnt save anything. it was a demo version lol.
but i hold a liscence for em now.
so im still trynna get this bass line
again. Deffinitly highly influenced by Chase and status.
i rlly wanna get that bassline again.
then tweak it so its thicker.
sick man THE tempo is just what i love about this song and the out of this world sounds, feel like a startrek scene going all trippy techno on me but with a video game feel to it marvelous!!!
Very cool preview! I'm no expert on dubstep, but I'd keep working on it. Maybe try a different bass sound or something, it lacks intensity. The rest of the beat is quite cool though!
stop it.
i mean it.
that bassline is SWINE FLU ILL. period. couple it with a haunting indian vocal, eerily close to a call to prayer, and you get something REALLY speacial. your accents are spot on. they break up the sickness just long enough to make you blindly grasp for it, like a junkie does a fix. the film samples are great, but so very secondary to the piece. the meaning i think you were going for is pefectly conveyed in the beat...i promise.
your work makes me tingle.
"i want a lil of what you got"
your basslines make all of the right body parts weep. the break in this song makes me wanna grab a stranger and stick my tongue in their ear.
another deliciously naughty beat. kudos!
[im usually really good at giving constructive feedback...but your tracks leave me "aftersex-dizzy".]
Loving the bassline in this and the overall sound, maybe a bigger build-up in the middle and a harder kick and snare in the second part of the tune would give it more emphacise? Just my thoughts mate still loving it though, keep it up! Happy new year
nice very nice like the variations of samples in your track but just a little suggestion maybe it might be good to put a bit of thechstep in you tune but overall wicked well done
it's lee again so if ur still unsigned and the track 'don't f with the dj' is totally urs then i wud like ur permission to play it on the show which i'm still setting up, just gotta w8 for the decks to arrive, real bad snow at minute so they've been delayed, anyways have a gr8 xmas, oh jesus it's xmas eve today, dam i need to go shopping, WHYY AMM III SOOO LAASST MINUUTEE!!!
My 1st suggestion if you wanted to add a real droppy dark bassline here. Use the intro chord structure as is, but at 32 bars change the scaling to something minor and diminished, then bring back the melodic harmonies in a 2nd breakdown + drop.
this reminds me of my production - out of the dark its got the eery feeling feel to it i love it 10/10 this track has inspired me to go do another horror style track now :)
nice solid beat under a nice flowing bassline. what else is dubstep haha. ace track. the mastering is good. as far as constructive criticism goes... maybe drop a breakdown at some point cus it's a pretty steady flow at the moment. not repetitive, i just find adding some differences in the beat to accentuate the bass changes the flavor up a bit. im no expert tho.
anyway, nice track. definitely getting a download.

If it is nothing special... coulda foooooled me! like how it seems effortless and chill. I like it when a track sounds like someone took a trip around venus and back to earth Dope. Keep light on those fingers!
i understand what you mean by you just got excited.
i get the same way, i create something that i really really like and i forget about everything else lol.
not bad for a first go.
what i would do, is wait a week, go back and mute the bass track, THEN edit the rest of the track. that way the bass doesnt distract you from the rest of the tune. then once thats done, bring the bass back in. i also noticed that you got a bass layered a bit, which is a good start. maybe add some sine wave sub sounds to be he foundation.
