Too many to mention really but it started years ago with Dj Sy and Dj Hype and the Wu-Tang Clan before they were commercial, at school we loved the mix of hardcore/jungle and underground Gangsta rap, which these days you can find anywhere even in the charts. Nowadays i just like to produce whatever genre i feel like when i turn the computer on!
