http://www.myspace.com/the4gordyz here mate therez only 3 trax up but there iz loadzs to come.. wud u believe that 2 ov the band members cudnt play a note 12 mths ago! they r definately set for big tings man
Shit man! When that 2nd drop hit me I bout pooped! This is bad ass all the way. Loved the overall funk feel you kept in synch even though it's faster than a typical dubstep beat. That's pretty tough. Nice wobble indeed.
yeah i thought bout that, more ov a breakbeat wobbler than dubstep init, and nice one brutha, u dunno wot that meanz comming from the master ov dub himself...thanx jahknow
this is nice, i would also like to say, u can consider one with more dancing drums and place it either in the dance part, or the chill out part. could be a remix if u get what i am saying
I'm with you- I absolutely love these vocals. Haven't heard the original yet, but this has a super retro quality to it. So your choice of House was a perfect match. Umm, and now for somethin random...
Why does dood's one comment have a line through the last part of the text on it?
Was just going up to re-read the desc when I spotted that. So I fig'd I'd throw it out there.
As for the end cutting off sharply. Hmm, were you meaning the pre-conversion mix or when you were going to load it on here. I'm a bit confussed, sorry. Anyways, if it was a pre-conversion type of thing have you considered breaking the song down into parts? Maybe if your machine had smaller files to deal with it wouldn't go berserk on ya. Just a thought is all.
Oh, and for the name, don't get me wrong- I love the bass treatment on this, but to do the name justice ya might wanna bump up their levels slightly so they come off stronger, ya know. Thanks for sharing. Later on!
you know wot Donnie iv wondered about the line thru the comment thingy for ages mate so im glad uve brought it up, and thanx for the advice, i guess the bass cud do with sum more treatment here, nice one bruv..
EDIT:: just been reading thru stuff and i noticed i never answered u on the upload thinhy (as i havnt thanked u other guryz yet but im getting to it...) anywayz DonnieV, its my internet connection thats the problem so i like to keep stuff under like 4mb if i can, im on a mobile conection you see and in my humdrum area its got a weak signal aswell so im looking to get a laptop too so i can upload my stuff on that in the city...(where the signals stronger)
Great work.....I like the claps and beats.....the great thing is all the changes......a new definition "multigenreism"....vocals fit in perfectly....Well done

Haha, the Drums on this are nuts. How many different channels did you use for 'em? I'm thinkin 2, right? The Strings on this are cool too, though kinda repetitive (though, who cares really, repetition is what Dance is all about, ay). Okies, the Vox are also amazing and in a way they remind me of old Funky Green Dogs stuff (but evolved). The only thing I'm gonna request is that if ya ever mess with this again that ya mix it longer, for real, haha. Make it like 5 minutes or something. Later on mate!
Now yer in my neck of the woods. House is one of those strange genres that ya can't help, but love.
The Pianos are sweet and I'm thinkin their levels are fine. The Drums are fine where they are because they are kinda subdued. Toned down to where they aren't drowned out, but loud enough so ya know that they're there. Though I would maybe add some more kicks to 'em, here and there. The Vox were good at first, but as the track progresses they kinda increase and near the end it sounds like they're on the verge of clipping. The Strings do a little bit too, but not as much and otherwise they're nice and groovy. The bass kinda seems to be somewhat neglected on here. Though the minimal treatment of them is different and what you've got is nice. All I'd do is just bump them up a tad (maybe like I did with the drums on @30k Feet- sweeping them in and out for effect). Anyways, this is a pretty solid arrangement overall. Thanks for sharing mate! Later on!
yea i was waitin for you ta execute dis shit wit some drums haha but danm dis shits hot even wit out drums imagine wit drums seems like it repeats itself alot but its stilla sick track keep it up
what up man, yeah u got it right, maybe tone down the vocals,.... and i reckon give ure track a little more bass, bring the drum up a few dcbls, gove it some kick and see how u go!
