have you lost your mind? don't abandon this!! even though it's computer generated, it would still sound good. just add in some reverb and make it sound a bit more natural. good job!
Hey thanks! The guitar is the dead give away. I used reason pianos for the piano, so those sound decent. But yeah, it's interesting, it kinda sets a mood a bit...
some really nice work brother... having watched the original terminator last night I find myself heading back there listening to this... for me though there's not enough texture to the bass end of the arrangement perhaps a little more timpani or even the bass end of a tubular bell would have sorted that.... having said that I liked it alot and faved...nice one.... keep 'em coming brother
very good song.
I know where you are coming from, i lost two friends in one year, and made a symhony about these friends. But back to this track. I love it and it reminds me of the music of max richter (check him out if you don't him allready).
I love your work keep up with this
I looked up that artist. I love him! I just bought like 25 of his tracks on iTunes. I see the similarity. Hopefully I'll sound even more like him when I'm a little more seasoned haha. Thanks!
this whole track is just beautiful...it´s short, just like moments in life...i´m listen to it for about 8 times and it gets better and better...i really like to use it for a song...if you agree...send me a message!
I'm so sorry for the extremely delayed reply! Life has been complete and utter chaos atm...I should write a song about it...anyway...
Thanks so much, I'm glad you like it so much. I agree with you 100%. I can either supply you with multitracks or the plain old reason file so you can edit it yourself. I could make a midi out of it as well. You can find my email on my page, just title it "Princess Theme" so I know it's not spam.
hey angelus!
i like the dramatic in this track...i can imagine how the scene in the movie could be...
hopeful overture is really the perfect title of this
really like it!

I'm glad you dig it. The original title to this was "Strung Out On Hope" beacuse I wrote it when I was listening the a lot of The VSQ tribute albums. I'm glad you like this name though.
I like this, especially understanding the mood. It's not sad... more reflective and kinda like "I've dealt with the realty and salute my friend that I will miss". It's a very touching tribute and I get it! Nice work my friend!
Another great track of yours! You are very talented, you should really try to get in touch with some filmacademies or something, even when you start making the music for free, just build up your name.
Hey, Thanks!!! I have been trying to get my music in small online movies, like youtube projects. It's a hard world to break into, scoring music. I do look forward to scoring an entire film someday, thanks for the support.
Yeah, I do want to post a link to the video, I just don't have one! It was one of my first film projects I worked on and it was shot with a friend's camera. I used to have the video file but lost it when my computer crashed a few months back. I haven't spoken to that guy in a long time, I'll see if he still has the video though!
-Glad you liked it!
IF you really think it would be worth seeing, I could possibly try shooting a version of it myself...hmm.....
I have to tell you that you have inspired me to start posting and also creating more music. It's nice to see someone who appreciates and utilizes the strings.
By the way I made an attempt to correct the abrasive beginning of "Night".
Wow, we're sorry to hear about your friend, you have our condolences. It's sad and beautiful at the same time. The keys are a masterpiece, keep up the good work.
Its almost as thought the intensity of the piano is trying to break through the serenity of the strings.Very cool piece, the video must be pretty interesting.
Yoo. You are a very talented person at strings and piano, wayy better than mee. I really like what your doing and the style you are bringing(this applies to all our tracks).
This one in particular, i would improve the drums, something about them is unappealing. Maybe add a hat or snare to fit the whole "funeral" theme.
Btw, this is a beautiful idea for a song, and sorry for your loss
Thanks for the review. I think the drums kind of sound off beacuse there is an odd wooden percussive beat underneath the congas. It made sense at the time haha, thanks!
