I'm really curious who this song would remind you of, cuz it's really a weird one! Glad you could get into this one! Thanks so much for your kind reviews and for the fave!
Fun track. I don't know if it's really energetic, though, it would require much more powerful sounds :P. The track is well structured and sounds fun, good job. But I wouldn't call this track breakbeat - it sounds more like jungle/d'n'b, but that's for you to decide ;).
very nice track in dub, man. original and inspirating track. think i'm gonna download the other tracks from yer album ''I Already Bought Everything''. peace out bro.
SPIV this one has that sweet tricky synth melody line that you can hum to for the next hundred years, you nailed it one this one.that melody line got me. i have to get it out of my head be fore i try to write somthing. good House.PEACE. THE MACK MAN OUT.
Thanks so much for you kind review! I'm really glad you liked the melodies! Hope it didn't get stuck in your head for too long! I appreciate your comments!
There is something about the great majority of your tracks that makes me smile. There's an inherent happiness in them that is infectiously appealy. Same for this piece.
Hey thank you so much! It means a lot to me that I could make you smile with this piece! For some reason I thought you had already heard it, but I guess not. Thanks so much for the review and the fave!
Thank Bear for your kind comments! Glad you liked the bass, I thought it stood out too! Cool that you knew a Star Trek actor! Glad you found this to be a happy song, as that's what I was going for! Thanks so much for stopping by!
Definitely the most post-modern track I've heard in 2011 so far. I love the idea of recycling sounds in music (been doing some of that myself and delighted to see others doing it too - rather validating), but you my friend go one step beyond in terms of production. Bent circuit into reel-to-reel? Dude, that's one step beyond deconstruction - almost alchemical.
This is right up there with "Clarity" for me. Outstanding.
Hey Nomad glad you found this track! Post-modern eh? I guess I see what you mean! Yeah it was really fun glitching onto reel to reel, got lots of that natural saturation that I love! I love decontsruction! Happy you could get into this song! Thanks for the review and the fave!
ahhh so this is quite different from the remix. very glitchy start fer sure. How do you choose your instruments?? Solid all the way through and the mix sounds great. Definitely a fan of the new remix!
I only used one instrument for this whole track, and that was a circuit bent (modified) talking computron toy. So I didn't chose my instruments so much as arrange clips of a recording session that was full of glithes. Thanks so much for checking out the original!
This is amazing i love it man. sounds like it can be heard in a cartoon or something. i like how the synth follows the kick in unison and keeps the flow going. clean clear mix too man. great job
very cool track m8, like the use of that old classic drum loop, the melody really cheered me up, its an uplifting vibe, its the kinda tune that if it was made 5 years from now it would still sound cool, well done m8.... youve inspired me..
Hey, thanks for stopping by to listen! I'm glad you found it uplifting, as that's what I was going for! Your tracks inspire me too my friend! Thanks for the review!
So good to get some new tunes and this is brilliant, so love the bassline, bassline really driving this baby along with the beat, extremely fun type of piece, very nice synths and fx used, good clarity and arrangement Spiv, this piece a good dash of spunk about it, one very talented dude, want more okies :-)massive fav my friend, WOW such a feel good track, bet you had fun doing this one, feels to me that you might have...Peace n Respect mate...Estefano...
Hey friend! Glad you found this one to be fun to listen to, because, yes it was fun to make! You are too kind with your praise, you make me feel better about this track! Thanks so much for stopping by to listen and review! Special thanks for the fave!
A rhythm, frenetic and contagious. I think this beat is made up of binary ... This is music Ferengi. I really remember them. Catchy. Long life and prosperity, my friend.
That organ(i might be wrong) melody sounds like is coming from an ice-cream van!
This is a very upbeat track my friend,a-la Spivkurl-style,perfect to recover from hangovers and mild depressions.
I can see this one being a soundtrack to a video featuring two dwarves(dressed up as clowns)chasing a rival dwarf gang down the road with water-pistols.Unique and exquisite.
Yeah there is an organ bass playing a melody in there! Glad you found it to be upbeat! Perfect to recover from hangovers and mild depressions? That's so cool! The dwarf video idea sounds a little scary... ha ha! Thanks so much for your feedback and the fave!
Great track Spivkurl! I dont really know what breakbeat is but it sounds like a contemporised version of Calypso music to me. Infectiously catchy and you have used some excellent sounds. Star Trek has provided a great title too!
Thanks Jamie! Yeah, I barely know what breakbeat is either... ha ha! It does have a little calypso vibe to it, doesn't it? Glad you found it to be catchy! Gotta love Star Trek for inspiration! Thanks for the review and the fave!
Nice one kurl, I love the beat dynamic on this, all clean as well. Melody is as usual -happae! the bass around 1.10 is perfect. btw I been having trouble with creating a profound yet wide bass lately and I found that the best way is to turn output on the compressors down a lot while adding reverb, hope that helps with headroom a bit, don't know what gear/prog you're using. Apart from the bass sounding a bit overclocked here i think it's nice and funky, I'd love to hear a continuation of this. I haven't been in the mood for upbeat lately but this certainly helps to get it going. You're an inspiring artist, keep it up.
Thanks so much for checking this one out! Your suggestions sound good, if I go back and rework this track, I'll keep them in mind! Glad I could help you be in a more upbeat mood! Thanks for listening and reviewing!
What a NASTY LIL BASS! LUV THIS TRACK!
epic breakdown too, luv tha composition
and arrangement! Nice kick to go with that ultra bass
and tha drum pattern is truly a breakbeat! That synth
is SO CATCHY, its stuck in me head now, and luv how you
used it during tha breakdown! A tasty lil treat for tha ears,
but for some reason tha synth melody reminds me of Christmas...
I have no idea why, it just does lmao
Yeah, that bass is nasty isn't it? Glad you could get into this one! I don't know where the breakbeat came from, just one of those from my collection. I know what you mean about the synth reminding you of christmas... I had that problem while making the song... ha ha! Thanks so much for listening, reviewing, and faving!
Fun track! Feels as if I was in some amusement park or luna park, having a lot of fun and eating lollipops (or is it mushrooms?), lol!
Love the shaky bass and the panning, and that flute synth or whatever it is sounds too cool.

Anyways, the track is great. You have a knack for incorporating some really cool sounds into your work. Like what you did with your vocals as well.

Man, I love the bass on this one. Really, really nice :) I happen to know an actor who played a Hirogen Hunter on Star Trek.
He's a pretty good guitar player but one ugly dude, haha.
Nice, happy song. I really enjoyed this one. Keep up the great work.
