Yeah, right, Ed...so where is my "fav" then?? (^^joke)
Well, I did everything (almost^^)I could, but I couldn't have done anything if I wasn't gifted with your wonderful blueprint
(the very foundation of this work)! Ed, you can't drink your beer without a glass, can, bottle or whatever which holds the substance, right? Ed, it was a real honour helping you filling your glass to the top!:)..Thank you for that...
Hello there...first many thanks for your generous comment...highly appreciated! To be honest...the intro I did was one of the easiest things I've ever done (but yeah, it sounds ok and I'm glad you liked it), but continuation was much more demanding as I had to deal with Ed's mastery when trying to achieve some level of harmony with his fine musical blueprint.
Masterful! just so well put together, Piano is awesome and each instrument just compliments each other, as well as Ed's work, all thanks to your skills. The melody is so crisp and nice. I love this one Orlando, and will certainly being playing it tomorrow night on my loopradio slot. Fabulous work again my friend.
It's good to see that friendly bald chap smiling from the avatar again::)^^...always welcome...and it's a pleasure to read his kind and positive comments...and I'm sure I will be listening his next radio show (I like his pleasant voice too^^). Just say big thanks in my name, when you see him, will ya?^^
I like the descending sax? sounds. A very atmospheric peice. Reminds me of an interlude track on an album before something much heavier kicks in, like on Corrosion Of Conformities Deliverence record. Well produced, nice one.
great use of music as a tool to create a mood.
a story unfolded before my inner eye. as i am listening there is nothing more i could wish for in this moment. i enjoy when music takes me to imaginary places or constructs of the memory.
it's well put together and a feast for the auditory cortex as it stands. to me this sounds ready to be put in a film or game, excellent work.
Hey Scott...many thanks for taking a time to listen and posting a kind comment! Strings will remain in at least some of my future projects, so keep in touch...^^
I have almost to miss this track of so great quality. Forgive me.
This is a subtle blend, where you brought many musical influences.
A "work" of Master .... with a little nod to our Mother Nature ....
To be honest, I was really wondering where have you been for so long...^^
But no problem Dan...your kind words and more than positive feedback have put a big smile on my face and this rainy tuesday seems much brighter now.:) Thank you for that...
I like chill out tunes Orlando----Fantastic piece!----Thanks for sharing!----I here Flugal horn parts going on all over! Must downloud and play, Thanks again for a great Trk to listen to and play horn with! Keep it comeing!
It's really a pleasure to read such a kind and positive comment! I'm really glad you enjoy this piece in your very special way. Maybe you should try to add some of your own horn parts to the mix...would be interesting to hear...if anything turns out, let me know...
First off I love the title...great use of strings behind the superb guitar work...yes...folk / celtic... I could hear Maire Brennan from Clannad singing to this..bloody hell...its just plainly a top track and very professional...great elements...am in awe...contrats..
I came back to listen this 'living legend' one...I would like to show you the Hungarian band1s track...the band is called Quimby and the title is 'Auto egy szerpentinen'...here you can find, hope you'll enjoy it...
Yaaa, this is one really cool band with great songs (listened to more of them) Relaxed flow of the song has convinced me, and particulary the violin interplay is simply fabulous. If I'm not wrong the Hungarians are very well known as masterful violin players. (I should hide somewhere in some corner..hahaha).
Thank you kindly for posting this link and see you around soon...
Fantastic track, just what I needed right now ;)
Sweet guitar in here combined with the sweeping strings, piano and percussion make up for a really good track. Thanks for sharing this with us Orlando ;)
