Hi Orlando
I'm italian and I live abroad,
your music is amazing, i can feel a lot of the influences of the southern italian music (minus, maybe a bit of arabs scales)
This one is truly a great piece,
i may suggest you to watch "nuovo cinema paradiso" a fine italian movie, shoot in sicily, with the sound track composed by the great ennio morricone
I have to tell you that I've already watched "Nuovo cinema paradiso" some time ago and it's a great movie with great music score of Morricone!
Thanks alot for the great feedback!
hey Orlando. this is some very fine cinematic oriented piece. really nice work on this one! Some moods (and instruments) present on many of your tracks make me think of House of Flying Daggers and all that kind of cimema.
I must say all these mafia and vendetta movies always scared crap out of me but I really liked Last Tango in Paris.
keep producing!
Wow...you brought back memories on this fabulous movie with Brando and Maria Schneider. Maybe this one would deserve some musical reference too, but the Muze is not always around the corner...:)
Love the Godfather movies :D I've read a few Mario Puzo books as well. I have a Mafia "La Costra Nostra an Expose" vhs box set that's quite interesting and violent to say the least... I didn't know Rudy Guliaani was a prosecutor, he's so young in it, hahaha. I think you nailed your description here once again! *plays again Excellent work Orlando :p I can only imagine having to leave your homeland and go to another country altogether. I've been some miles from where i live for a week at time and after just a couple days I wanted to go home in the worst way!
gosh i'm sitting here wanting for you to go to the chord progression, and keep the guitar as the front voice and the violin as the answering melody. You're driving me nuts.
the intro is already incredible, took me right in.
far-out wideness in the mix and that glockenspiel at around 1:26 was exquisite - that's exactly what gets me going!
also digging the subtle but delicious keys sprinkled in every once in a while.
this is a catalyst for letting the mind wander to wherever it gets lured by the timeless beauty of music!
hey guys
after that second pluck i was excited already and knew i will like this.
the way the background comes trickeling in is quite literally music to my ears and gives me the "benign goosebump chills", for i lack a better definition.
i don't mind long intros either if it's not just the same bars looped for 3 mins.
not only the harmonic aspect was done very much to my liking but also the mix is superb, kudos for that.
the low end is beautifully done and everything else sits nicely spread in its intended location.
the string and the flute sections were also really cool.
great stuff!
This is so spiritual! This is the kind of music i love and follow... So beautiful.. All the Sounds... Choice of Elements.. Arrangement.. Intro-Outro is all spot on. This track is among my most favorite Top 10 Ambient tracks now. Look forward to this collaboration and i like the name, Tumbleando!
Hey, this is quite spectacular! I am far from my days listening to lots of ambient and "new age" music, but I can still appreciate something as fine sounding as this - especially when created by two awesome musicians such as you and Tumbleweed. Very interesting percussion textures when the rhythm gets going... I like the sort of pumping compressed feel of them. Smooth and flowing composition you two have created here, and I'm happy that I listened. Hope that you are well!
Thanks alot, my friend...I can only appreciate again and again
when you have to say so many nice things about the song within the genre that you usually don't listen any more...
Just found this track, Orlando. Really fine piece of music here. A very rich, enveloping sound. I definitely heard echoes of Enigma, one of my favourites in the electronic music genre. Nice work! Kudos to you and Ed.

I think this is an incredible composition, one I'll be listening to again for sure. Around the three minute mark it was magical for me.
