I decided to remix a classic track from way back at the peak of electronic music(2012, I know, so so so long ago. lol) But yeah i took the acapella and built up everything around it and tried to add my tropical touch, yet keep the "power" of the original track. It isn't mixed well at all, but I kind of wanted to get your opinions on the composition first before I went in and tried to clean everything up. This is basically a rough draft of the remix. Description : Hey guys,
After an extended break I'm back with a new melodic remix! This song is unfinished to say the least, but I decided to throw it up here anyway. I need to add some more elements to the mix, such as a bass(which me and my friend still need to record in), a ton more efx to make transitions smoother, some more percussion, and a new second drop(the current one is empty aside from the background instruments as I wait for my friend to send me his melody that he came up with for the drop). The levels are off on certain things I know(we have to mix it better). I hope you guys enjoy Biggie's flawless flow, and I hope my choice of instruments are worthy to be underneath his lyrics.
