Description : Chords are A flat Maj7; G7#5; C minor Major7;
I love the btter sweet sound of the minor/major7.
It could also be used in the key of E flat Major, or for the more adventurous try experimenting with it as a Dominant substitute as in the secondary use of the Harmonic minor scale.
I would love to hear what weird and wonderful things people do with it.
Enjoy

    I come from a very bass heavy electronic background. I wanted the kick to have a nice boom to it. In this stage of my music production I still dont fully understand bass lines. I played with a few different patterns but non of them really flowed properly. Ill get a handle of it eventually. Thanks for checking it out and giving me a repost ;)

    I would love to take this further and I come from a Jazz background. It would be nice to find the middle ground which could be interesting and maybe even commercially successful. Message sent. Would love to get my hands on what you have done and take it further.

    Thank you so much for posting this song Nomad. I love it. As I said in my comments when posting the loop, I think the magic is in the sound of the Major 7th against the minor chord and the vocals capture that perfectly. My only comment after a couple of listens is that I would love to hear more of a counterpoint Bass line which would enable the boom to be taken out of the kick drum. I think with that in place the whole song would be money. The vocals and the rest of the percussion are perfect.
    Message me if you are interested in a collar. Fender Jazz Bass ready and waiting.
    Cheers.
