on Mela by Mallygee
First of all, I'm honoured to be the first to review this track. This is a nice relaxing piece of music to listen to. There's a cinematic element to that I also find very appealing. The vocals you used really add a special touch to the track.

Great track my friend

on Dont Leave Me Lonely Instrumental by CONEYISLANDRECORDS
The instrumentation could be the backing for a McCartney song. As could the vocals, if they were brought down an octave or two.

I really like this track.

Super job

A very hypnotic track. Well conceived and well executed. Like something out of the 60s underground music scene.

I would have downloaded this baby if it available. Anyways, I faved.

There is also another version of this song, Light Eater PCP which I might make available for dl. This version was played and executed entirely under the influence of LSD way back in 2002, I still dont know how I got it to sounds so good, all I remember about recording it is total chaos. I will make this song available for dl for the next 24 hrs or until I sign in again, so go ahead dude. I am gearing up to print all of these tunes onto a 33 rpm vinyl dupplate as soon as I find a way to do it...who amongst yas would pay ten bucks for a copy? album is going to be called "No".

PS "picobat" means "play in case of bad acid trip"....I can help a lot of people with this hee hee

Very pretty start. Nice introduction of the keys. Drums and bass come in at the right point. Pads are well done. The instrumentaion done in this track is as good as it's production: Excellent.

I have nothing bad to say about this track at all.

Keep up the good work.

Awesome track. I don't think vocals are necessary, I love it as an instrumental.

Nice little track. Very well done in terms of production and choice on instrumentaion. My only criticism is that it seemed a little shortt (translation: I like it enough, I wanted to hear more).

Keep up the good work

This is a great track. Production, instrumentation and transitions are 10\10. The use more drums to create emphasis was perfectly placed. This baby rocks.

Absolutely fantastic.

Your vocals are bloody awesome. This track is bloody awesome. In case I haven't said, I lost my taste for rap a while ago, but it is artists such as yourself that have brought me back into the fold. I remember now what was originally great about the genre. Thank yoo.

I think disorganized at the beginning would be appropriate because of being in a different place, different culture, different language, etc. However, I didn't think it was disorganized. I liked it from beat 1.

Transitions - great
Instrumenation - great
Concept - great
Execution - great

A great track. If you get the chance, I have a track you might like (being from Greece, by the way, next time you see the statue of Leonidus, please tell him John from Canada says thanks for preserving freedom for the rest of the world), the track is called Xerxes Advance. I hope to do one called "The Spartans Prepare for War", but I have no classic Greek samples.

Anyways, loved your track

Hey Man! Sorry for taking a while to reply to your great review! Had the pc in the shop being fixed and just got it back today!
Thanks for your really nice review and cool analysis of the track! I'm glad you enjoyed as it is one of my faves.I appreciate it man!
Yeah I'll check out your track for sure ;)
You are right Leonidas was ultra cool and such a great symbol! Too bad there aren't many like that around today!
I'll see if I can come up with any Greek samples you may be able to use man! What exactly are you looking for? Vocals, instruments, effects?
Let me know and I'll see what I can find man!
Have a great day and thanks again!

Nice opening. Nice transitions. You are approaching your changes with a very light touch, very smooth. nice use of the drum as a transition tool. This is 'pretty'. Damn good use of the drum as a trasition tool again. You have a sweet style, minimalist but full, suggests some musical training or a natural talent.

I like this track very much
Great work

I have noticed clipping to be an issue with some tracks I've been listening to on looperman. If this is your problem, all you have to do is make sure the master volume never goes into the red during the duration of the track. If it does, lower the master volume until it no longer does and it will be ok. Another way to do it, let's say it only goes red on one channel, pan the offending instrument a bit to the opposite side, or, an option I don't usually like as much, you can lower the master volume for that channel (try to avoid this one).

Anyways, the song is another master work passed on to us mere humans from Olympus by no less than Aphrodite herself [Still want to see you on the big screen :-)]

All the best Darlin'

John
