this is a superb song with your amazing and strong voice...but it could be much better with a huge chorus part as a peak of the song with second and third backing vocs with you of course...I can advice only this musical idea cause for the mix there were Mahloo and Brado to tell you the 100%...:-)
Thanks a bunch for the compliments, thoughts and Ideas.. I agree I would like to figure out some harmony and or backing vocals for it.. as well as some sort of bridge or pumped up chorus.. Great ideas I thank you ..=O) Im curious on what you and or anyone else might think of some string sections ?? I hear some violins or strings and maybe synth or piano parts in there ?? Im going to eventually re-record it 1 more time trying tfor better mix, tone.. and maybe some re writes with as you stated backing vox maybe some strings harmonies.. and of course a bass... thanks.. gave me somethings to ponder and play with .. its greatly appreciated..=O)
I'm a teacher and social worker...we help children who use drugs or living in adversity...there are lot of work from the governments and the society in every country...imagine, I had a boy age 20 who stepped down from drugs...uhhhh...
Hey Danke, thanks for the listen mate!..that's awesome that you teach and are a social worker much kudos!..musicians now are more against drugs than what they were in the old days! haha..it's a very serious problem as we both know, glad you enjoyed the track mate! cheers Dave :)
yes Burt...now, this is truly amazing...that atmosphere you created is honestly frighteningly beautiful...(good English)...:-)
guitars are really nice and the drums groove is so cool...
You're Hunglish is getting quite good Danke :p It is very beautiful, hauntingly beautiful, I find this style soothing. Handshake, so when are you getting yourself a cigar box guitar? I'd love to hear you playing one!
it's like a theme from Mad Max...very great, very brave, energetic, atom guitar sound and that part from 2.56 til 4.16 is brilliant...one of the best cinematic here...
Iwrote many times that you play very clear (can say, crystal clear) pure rock music with great, catchy melodies, fantastic guitar sound and good vocs...your singing is a bit like David Bowie's tone...
great punk rock here...bit like The Offspring and co. very much like that noise guitar solo in the middle of the song...you are so f..king good in this short but killer rock tracks Nelson...
Hello my dear friend!
Yeah lo-fi punk rock!
I like to use a noise guitar solo or just distortion as i think it gives some authenticity to the track.
Thank you for enjoying my last heavy songs.
Sorry for not commenting on your songs but i cant listen to tracks unless i can download them.
long distance journey...could be bearable with this music to and fro til the end...:-)
fantastic piece of artwork...I feel that how small we humans are...
faved and dled for the eternity...:-)
Again, danke Danke. ;) Yes somehow.. i´m trying to expand the boundaries of Magix. It´s the first time i was using an Acapella loop from here. I tried different styles in my earlier Tracks to get a feeling for music, keys and timing. It´s time to grow up a bit. i can not open the download, until i have a permission from knowkontrol.
Danke I was messing with reaktor and "the mouth" vocaliser which although normally useless came in handy for this track considering im Scottish i felt like an inuit throat singer heeeee. Overall i was pleased with the track and a bit emotional for the loss of life especially when i saw the original photos of them burying the dead. thanks for the kind comment brother
Danke,
i was enjoying your Atlantic Drifts now that is nice and chilled. Im going to post an upbeat track next ,
Thanks for the kind comment appreciated :) Best regards.
it's really cool...the atmosphere, the groovy and the melodies too...though, that accordion? like lead synth tone from around 0.55 and later a bit weird in this kinda song...but this could be only personal taste...all in all, great track...
Normally I use heavier drums, however this song was produced for a client (that pulled) to taste which resulted in the drums being significantly softer then they normally would be.
