I've never been an anxious or angry kinda person :-) but nowadays i'm learning a lot about tolerance...on the roads, workplace, sport stadiums, supermarkets, everywhere...life is a bit accelerated and frustrated, peaceful moments are needed...and this was that 5 mins...thanx for that Mark!!!
great track yeah...donno much about hip hop but this sounds cool...bass synth is like a punch and those lead melodies are spacey, ethereal ones...clap clap :-)
this is stunning...first of all, that bass synth is more than killer...than the flow is a good chance for the speech, why don't you request the collab?
than it's a genre hop song: could be chill out with or without vocs, cinematic, hip hop, rnb...fantastic mix and this is truly an outstanding prod.
Thanks Danke!! i really really appreciate you giving this a listen and giving your thoughts on it. coming from elite producers and artists such as yourself lets me know im on the right path.the one thing i know forsure is that you have to stay humble and let what you do speak for itself. once again thanks my friend, Larry
fantastic groovy and yesss, it's hard nearly heavy :-)
your collab with Jimmy are always get a fantastic result as now...
just like a band play live in a festival at around the 70th...
Thanks man, my ears are still bleeding from the session, lol!
I have a new idea going with Jim, just putting it together, a rockabilly cover. He plays by instinct, feel. When we record i ask him to prepare and listen to the song, play along with it but not to learn specific parts. He just lets it rip, i totally love this approach when working with him.
drumming is absolutely pro, with that bass it gives a special groovy duel...my personal taste don't hear the guitar in it, better some synths but not much and kinda effects things...
to tell you the truth, there aren't much difference between your acoustic, pop, orchestral, house and ambient stuffs...there is the typical divady feature that appears in every song ... this epic, grandiose song structure ...outstanding style...
this is superb...awesome pulstion calls us to feet tapping and immediately go to the closest disco...(leave the whole family...:-)
frantic production on every level...
absolutely not my style but hats off in front of you cause it's creative and progressive...I don't know the criteria of style, but this song can be a favorite of many people...you made it only by loops? if yes, incredible effort...
this is brilliant...kinda cinematic felt song with those fantastic tuned guitars...epic, soundtrack number, for example the war is over and everybody want to rebuild his/her life...:-)
Thank you for the comments, your very welcome, this is what music is all about. I wrote that track as it gave me tingles / shivers whilst listening to it etc glad it got to you to.
Fantastic piece of music here...I was a big fan of Meshuggah...destroy, erase, improve was a definite listen (a must listen)...am I right, that they were one of the first pioneers of this djent stg???
your guitar is absolute impressive as always (as your knowledge)...
outstanding song...
You got it bro. Although Destroy Erase Improve came before the guys switched to the 8 strings (which locked down their current sound and unleashed the low register assult era of djent upon the world), this album was certainly significant. Hagstrom had just joined the band and they ended up mashing so many sub genres together the fusion effect led them to create what would become their quintessential sound. They began the development of distinctly more complex songs and debuted the polymetered and polyrhythm song structures which would provide the impetus to their later creation of mathcore and djent.
Some scientists have recently therorized that the release of Destroy Erase Improve and songs like Future Breed Machine were so heavy in violent metaphysical entropy they might have actually ripped a hole in the space time continuum, creating portals to infinite multiverses. Could this be the reason for the vast increase in UFO activity since 1995? Ancient Alien theorists say, yes.
Thanks for the comments danke, very much appreciated.
Hi. I downloaded the acapella vocals from here and added music to it. Something I enjoy doing. Unfortunately the vocalist only posted half of the song.
I would love to find a vocalist to work with on a large project.
this is a cool stuff...could be much better with some added elements if you want at all...bass, some easy synths and a huge guitar riff at the end...just sayin...:-)
absolutely cool...cinematic could be too...where was the guitar though? that lead melody which sounds better synth than guitar? anyway, not important...the point is that the song is stunning...
The Intro part was the electric guitar. I originally wanted to have the bridge(psrt after the first chorus) as the Intro, but I changed it at the last second as the guitar sounded cool and flowed better into the chorus
