This is very, very good. At the beginning I thought it's never gonna start :-), cause of the breaks but than it was building to a fantastic electro pop/rock song...I specially like the bass tone...
It's a sample, Danke! But I loved it ever since I first heard it haha
Yes, I definitely agree with you, vocals aren't my strongest suit, and the recording and mixing isn't the best as well.
Thanks for the listen and the comment :)
Yeah, it's perfect for movie soundtrack...but from the surrealistic line...music from 2030 or so...
great track, really great, I was scared a bit...
liked the drums...the tempo use is stunning, never expect kinda fast groovies in the theme like this but it works...
awesome music...
The soundtrack tempo is 140 bpm but this is the first track with 960 PPQ its why this track is in HD. Good news for you I had in mind to make loops for the drums and the guitar and the strings but im busy right now.
Agree with the others it's short but really essential...your synth and orchestral use is stunning and I can imagine this song in too many promo clips...
Guitar is like a tone of bricks, bass plays a superb riff and the whole track is pulling brilliantly...
Everything by loops?
You put it well together!
Side note: the snare and the kick is a bit down...my taste :-)
Thanks for comenting!, yes, all is made by loops, some from apple garage band, other ones for other programs or librarys. Agrre with the snare thing, I'm workin on it!.
Brilliant piece of live music with great playres in the line...you can't make mistakes with these big names...like the vibration of this song and the vocs are both fantastic...hope more live music fan will discover the values of this song...
Much respect for everone who took part in this production...
Thanks so much, Danke. Fortunately, I had a great line up of musicians helping me on this one. A real international effort! Look for more of this line-up in the future.
It's really a heartfelt production with lots of smash melodies and a waving groovy...reminds me memories from the 80's when we were yound and wild...:-)
My humble taste says that a modern change for the drum tone should lift the production for the skies...:-)
How you mix genres together is all right...this vocs could easily be in the lead of kinda nu metal but it works here...we can't say it's chill...I mean the vocs...the drums neither...but overall it's chill...
Fantastic piece of relaxing music with live instruments...
Is that you on the guitars, bass, keys?
Sensational bass groovy throughout the whole track with easy drums...
Hats off and respect, Danke
This is stunning...knowing that you don't play any instruments it's unbelievable...one of the hardest thing to compose a jazz tune without instru knowledge, I believe...just one thing: the synth sax tone is not really banging...I know only 1 software is calles DVSSax, is 95% live...
Thank You...I appreciate your kind words & constructive criticism. It's the only way to get better. How can I use the software, if I created the song on a music site? or will the software permit me to make the change from the finished song??
It could be a atunning track with better mix...the voice is awesome but dry (reverb), the music is groovy and funky but it needs more instruments...bass guitar or bass synth for sure, maybe guitars too...just my humble opinion...tastes and slaps are different...:-)
We had a band 15 years before...we used bariton sax like Morphine (you know like a rhythm instrument), a 22 years old female 'bomber' (super lady :-) was the user...
You just got this memory back with this outstanding funky groovy Scott...
Thankx for that...instant fav...
Sensational fusion as you said...pro mix, but this is a must from the winner...:-)
I can hear out that you worked with Ed in some project...and I truly think that this lifted your emotional and heartfelt 'work' to another level...cause it's world class production...no, don't think it's too much, it's the real fact...
I really had problems with categorization, but I think it is fusion at least in the sense of older definition of the genre emphasising on use of different styles. But that's not the only problem...here on Looperman it sounds considerably different than on my desktop which is weird...never experienced something like that so I'm a bit pissed, HaHa...
I tried with a few slight remixes and updates but it's still the same shit, so I give up...I guess I will have to eat this..^^
But foremost I'm here to say big thank you for such a generous feedback...and yes, you're right about Ed...We've had some collaborations in the past and I'm sure there will be more...in fact I'm just working on one of his musical blueprints. Being in creative touch with his music helped me alot in acheiving new levels...I will be always grateful...

Nice, crystal clear acoustic guitar sound...Did you play or it's a sample?
But on my humble opinion you have to work more on the vocs...melody is o.k...

I did some big band work back in the day, and always love it when the bari sax took a solo. I think it's one of my favorite woodwind instruments.
Glad I could bring back some memories for you.
