Hello GenjiZorsJimmo, definitely remember this sound yesteryear.....Billy Cobham, Lenny White, guys like that who could make drums scream along with other fusion guys from the 80s and 90s....love this sound, great track.
Hello TheFrenZ, sounds like a synth get-together....nice percussive effects keeping rhythm and blending quite nice with the party of sounds......good job.
Thanks, glad you like it. It's 15 Vital instances and Sitala for the drum FX-ed by Stochas, Echo Cycles, Lava Reverb and Raum. Echo Cycles takes care of the "dancing" of some percussion elements. Stochas creates random notes for the two "chatter" moments.
Hello StratOli, great stuff my brother, you got that feel....and your playing proves it. Its the feelin thats hard to describe sometimes but its there....this track is a fav for me.
thank you Glenn, yes this is what is great with music in general: no need to actually explain or describe anything but still it can be meaningful. Thank you again for the time you spent listening to the track and for your generous comment.
Hello paulcreaney, this is pretty good messing about my friend.....EDM is still a new genre for me to review and yet I know good music when I hear and this is dancehall ready......I try to picture the entrance to the dancehall and put the track such as this playing at that moment, this fits that scene.....good work.
Hello fanisatt, excellent work my friend, the vocals are great and matched by a very good musical accompaniment, the whole production is right on point.....thanks for sharing this great work.
Hello PaperKup, I myself envision some otherworldly operation about to go down, I love sci-fi and this for me fits beautifully.....great effects and adds n such to make this a great track.
Hi glennwhite6504, thanks again for the listen and comment. Yes, Richard did a great job here with the subtle additions and mixing. Glad you like it too.
Hello TrippleN97, very good thinking out of the box, its very important in so many ways....especially with music, you never know....just never know. This track is a nice piece of imagination.
Hello Entrikill, not to familiar with this genre, but from what im listening to its definitely the Phonk sound by definition and style....it has a special place and following I see and will have to listen to more.....keep up the recording so I can learn as well.
Hello UncleErin, just checked out your track and admire your ability to delve into the heart of jazz....which has always had various instruments playing a big part of a piece of music....this track is one of those in my opinion.....its great and a well done work. We need more like it my friend.
Wow Glenn , Thank You. I am working on trying to get a more live sound on my recordings. I envy your sonic abilities not to mention your cool playing and great cmelodies and changes. I am wondering, do you also play the keys on your tracks? Thanks again PEACE UE
Hello JellyMuffin35, very impressive opening, the percussions are kicking from beat one.....dancehalls are calling this piece, it certainly has an appeal for the crowds that will pack the floors.....nice variety of musical elements packed into this to short track.
Hello aboemusic, very fine piece my friend, a lot of imagination involved here....its great to hear a track such as this that's new and quite different....great job.
Hello Entrikill, percussions on overload, the bass is quite steady and pretty much straight up.....whereas the percussions are slamming but right in step with the bass....its a good mixture.
