The song is quite good. I think it was your intention for the vocals to be a bit fuzzy (it's the ghost theme after all).
Overall well done.
Regards, Anthony
I like so much the hardware you use. No, I do not own any, but every information about it, is positive. Your track is very good, I specificaly likes those vocals (a very unique voice) which were blended very well with the music.
Very well done.
Best regards, Anthony
Although the sound is real contemporary and very well put together to a beautiful song, there were times that the Beatles came in my mind. This is something good for me and please by no means consider it as something else.
Very well done.
My regards, Anthony
The guitar as always gives us a crisp sound with a jazzy feeling in your playing. I specificaly like the clarity of each note you play. The organ is also well played and in general its a very well arranged piece where your imaginative mood for improvisation turns out to a beautiful song.
Best regards, Anthony
Hello my friend AnthonyA, appreciate you brother....you know sometimes its hard to explain what moves one in life and the same can be applied to music in some ways....you think every second of each day and with music you think each note you play when when improvising, anyway I do....the music changes and so does the mood. I can't sum it up no better than that my friend.....thanks for your words.
It is an excellent work brother. Difficult choice(I mean not the easiest song in acapella) with a beautiful outcome. I missed some accordion notes! I believe the guitar work is excellent too.
Much love.
It is beautiful, very pleasant. I believe you used wisely the instruments involved to a harmonious outcome. The only thing is that it is quite short but as you describe it has been a come back song. I will also say, very well done.
Best regards, Anthony
thank you for your comment! yes I seem to have an aversion to anything over 2 minutes long, it's something I need to work on. Thank you for listening and for your comment! :)
I would delightfully listen to more of this music of yours jmfa63. It was a beautiful surprise when the vocals started with the male barytone and right after that there was the soprano (or is it a mezzo soprano, I can't say I am sure, sorry for that) and the choruses. It all took another form. I do believe you should work on an extended version for the pleasure of our ears...a bit selfish...
Stay well and keep on writing excellent music, like this one.
Regards, Anthony
I am so fond of your view jmfa63.
It is colorful, emotional, vibrating, cinematic but theatrical too.
Perhaps you could just adjust the voice track a bit, I mean minor tweaks of the EQ and volume. I like your version very much.
Excellent work.
Best regards, Anthony
Thank you Anthony, yes you are right, voice mixing is not good enough :-)
I have to correct my brain who quickly gets used to a defect by listening and listening.
Beautiful this version two, I think you embraced the music way better this time.
It was already more clear to you what a blues song needs by the singer. Dan has done a great work once more.
Best wishes to both of you, Anthony
Thank you Anthony.
I still wish I had that vibration in my voice like real singers.
Sometimes I have it by accident but that happens very rarely.
But.....i do my best with lots of fun.
I liked the diversity, as already written by Kayos2. It is a very atmospheric and emotional track. The listener enjoys both the synth sounds and the acoustic instruments that take part to this song.
Well done.
Best regards, Anthony
It has been a very wise choice for your composing style, and of course I mean the excellent vocals by Che Paxin.
As Dan wrote, vocals and instrumental were meant to be together.
I am really happy to see how meticulously you have worked on this project. I think that you like this procedure a lot and this is so significant.
Much love brother.
Sweet thing what I am listening to. I truly like your track, which in mho is absolutely pro material, excellent. Please extend this beauty.
Best regards, Anthony
I loved the lyrics and the way you turned them into a warm, healing song.
Excellent outcome as always Richard. I believe you know by now that I am an admirer.
Best wishes, Anthony
Thank you so much, Anthony. Your words always lift my spirit. Im truly grateful for your consistent encouragement, it means more than you know. Wishing you peace and blessings always.
Yes this could be the song theme of a movie as you say. It is fully energetic, made with imagination and absolutely well arranged.
Well done.
My regards, Anthony
Of course the guitar is fire but I also liked the subtle string work.
I am only an occasional listener of this genre so my knowledge is limited. I liked your song though and as I already wrote I specially liked this attempt to bring in harmony this rough sound with the delicate notes of the strings.
Well done, Anthony
It is a very well made song, with beautiful music, excellent arrangement, wonderful vocals and very touching lyrics.
I totally liked your work.
Best regards, Anthony
From the very beginning it is clear that a beautiful song is made. I liked both your beat and your melodic lines. Really emotional and calming. My only suggestion would be to work just a bit with the ending of the song.
Well done.
