Woah, not sure why but this is like the last thing I expected to hear when clicking on this. Whatta nice surprise though. I really like the vocals on here, it goes very well with the beat, in a very different way. It's fresh sounding, and could easily be in some hip commercial in my opinion.
lol, well, sometimes the last thing you expect can be a good thing...
im glad you liked what you heard. i, too, get a very chic, commercial vibe off it.
cheers for the listen and review!

Yeah I'm diggin this. A lot of cats on here attempt dub, and fail to be honest. However, that wouldn't be the case here. This is very proper, very grimey, nicely mixed and a straight banger. Would be awesome to hear this on massive speakers at a festival or a show. Keep this up, Peace.
I'm feelin it man. The snares on this boy are pretty damn sweet. One thing I would do, is add some reverb to your lead synth to fatten it up some you know? Keep it bangin'. Peace
Ha nice title, the movie vocals really add a lot to the track. It sounds a bit muddy though, lots of bass that gets distorted, just gotta clean it up a bit. Good job, Peace.
Damn you bought the funk with you on this one huh. Very nice track right here. I like how it varies a lot, makes the track very unpredictable, which is something I myself should work on. Kudos man. Peace
Oh this is sweet man. Sounds very proper and professional. Like some chill ass song I would hear in come dope commercial or something. Looking forward to seeing how the finished product comes out. I would hope to hear the song a bit bare with out all the percussion and drums, and then with all instruments later in the track. You know? Alright, high fives then. Peace
Love the intro synth, or whatever one shall call that lol Very cool little melody that I found myself nodding my head to. Very dreamy like. Would be cool to hear a lyrical hip-hop artist on here, like Jedi Mind tricks or something. That would be dope..
Woah.. this is crazy similar to an ambient piece I put out today. Not quite literally, but concept wise. Like your piece here, It's an atmospheric sound-scape type joint, with spoken word. I like how haunting and subtle the words are here, gives a very different feeling. Sweet man.
My track's called "Totally Rich" if you feel up to peeping that shizz. Peace and love
Mmmm damn this is fat. The wubs are so chill, not crazy which is nice. The only thing that didn't seem to fit was when the clap played more than once in a sequence ya know? Proper shit tho man. Peacc
This a real proper tune man. Love the drums, the synths, the vocals. Everything sounds great, and the production is straight top notch. Very clean. Kudos, Peace.
I'm with patricia on this one that intro, what a surprise. I love how you allowed that to be the segway for those funky ass drums to merge into this symphony. Love this track man. Peace
Man this is amazing bro. Great vocals, deeper than the surface lyrics. Love the emotion in your voice, reminds me of another time, a time I've never seen. You were able to paint a mental picture for me. I imagine an older jazz club, or restaurant of some sort, and I can see you singing with the band. It's all quite lovely really.
Thanks for taking the time to listen and the very flattering remarks. The tune is a very old standard recorded hundreds of times throughout the years. It is a great song for sure; the kind that will endure for generations to come.
I have no idea if this is a sub genre already, but this feels like "chilled" DnB . Very easy on the ears, yet still gives enough of that punch to properly keep the song moving forward. Dope man.. Peace
A big tune is right. This is damn near cinematic man. I would love to hear Ghostface on this joint. Or even DOOM. Damn that would be nasty. Those backing vocals are straight haunting. That guitar hit that comes in every now and again, so dope. Rad stuff man, look forward to hearing the rest of your work. Peace
Ughh this is nasty as hell. Reminds me of old New York hip-hop, straight delicious. I can see visions of B-boys going in on this, basketball players doin their thing, and lots of other artsy shit. Great job man. Peace
Very solid.. Could definitely hear any southern rapper going straight turkey on here. The production is really impressive, top notch. Especially loving the snares and bass line. Peace
Beautifully played and produced music Thyroid. If tranquility had a sound, I'm sure this would be it. Downloaded and faved. I plan on meditating to it. Peace
Really loving this intro. It makes me in-vision a rain forest, with very tall lush trees. Which is pretty rad considering that it turns into this gnarly mixture of ambiance and trance. Which reminded me of the video game Mortal Kombat for some reason. With that being said, this would make a great backing track for a action game/movie. Cool and creative stuff.. Peace
Holy cinnamon toast crunch, what a hell of a build up that was. Very driving beat, with awesome production skill. Looking forward to hearing the rest of your work. Peace
Man that bass line really drives this mother along. Superb atmosphere, super hazey like a field of robots gazing, at the sky. Also, the story telling is fresh. Peace
