Solid track as always John. This for some reason reminded me of the Old West, and cowboys. I went and seen the movie "Django unchained" tonight, and I for sure could have seen this used in the film. Meaning, it has a wonderful cinematic feeling to it. Swell job mate
Along with the title, I thoroughly enjoyed this track. Very massive, friggin epic kick and bass. This really makes me want to go rave my brains out in a warehouse. One thing I noticed when I gave this a second listen with my headphones on, as that it is a bit muddy, turning some of the low end down would be best. And also raising the higher end frequencies a bit so they can break out of that deep richness a bit. Great track tho dude. Peace
Woah that kick is knocking! Sounds real nice and fat. I really like this track and all the vocal samples you used. I especially like the horn selection, I would add some reverb or something to it, as it sounds a bit too bright and pokes out of the track in a distracting way. Same with the second vocal sample, if if if ifa, that one lol It would warm them up and make a huge difference. Keep it up tho man, and stay focused. Peace
Definitely feeling that old school funk in those scratches. Great mixing in this. I kept imagining the beastie boys spittin on this, damn that would be sweet.
Awesome intro! Really sets the mood for the track nicely. Gets your head moving. I love how the track progresses and stays changing. Would love to hear this in a club, or any dance floor for that matter. Fantastic job, Peace man.
Loved this track right out the gate. The intro is really inviting and gets you trapped right away, sweet shit. However when the kick came in, it sounds a bit muddy, maybe turn the volume on it down, or a bit of the low end in general. Would also of been nice to hear some variation with the sample you used, even if that variation is a key change. Either way, I would love to hear some one spit something ill to this. Keep focused dude. Peace
Yeah this is a great track man. Quality is superb. A lot of the time people can sound amateur when making such tracks, that's not the case here tho. The only thing that I noticed, was the kick drum seem to be too noticeable, maybe bring that down a little. Solid. Peace
Top notch quality on this man. I like the driving force this track has, it's very powerful sounding. Makes me want to hit a dance floor and get lost in the music. Peace
Very sweet and Jazzy indeed. Loving the vibes this gives off, mellow, deep and very head noddy. One thing that stuck out in the track tho is the main pianos volume, its a little brighter than the rest, which is some what distracting, find a way to warm that sound up, and this would be golden, well done either way. Peace
Sweet intro, and the rest is golden. Love how it comes in hard, then eventually get smoother with those pads. I've played the song twice now, and it makes me in-vision fast motion. Like a race scene from a movie, fast and the furious style you know? It's dope man. Peace
Very nicely mixed, lyrics go great with this gnarly, yet smooth beat you've created. The vibes are strong with this one. Not that I like most shit on the radio, but if i were in a car, I could easily imagine this on. And I wouldn't be mad at it lol Peace man
Whatta lovely random find you were. Been diggin thru your stuff, and the shit is rad man. I love how you consistently capture the essence of what your song wants to convey. They are all full of such flavor, I can dig it man. Peace
Ahh man this intro is G. I like how it starts real nice and mellow with that faint vocal sample, then turns into a nice scenery of rap and ambient music. Good stuff dude, peace.
Man I love how this just keeps driving right along. It drives like it knows where it's going. Like it has a destination. And that destination is your local rage location! Definitely had my head nodding through this piece. I like the sound effects, and the hard drums the most. Well done, Peace.
I can always tell when I enjoy a track on here especially, if I able and willing to let the whole song play out. Which was the case here. It's different in the sense that it starts of sounding like a folk song, but then slowly builds and segways into a pop, dance kind of track. I rather enjoyed it really. Peace
Yeah I'm diggin this frank. It too has that old feeling to it. It has soul, has life, has that deep preserved sound of the 90's too. All around great job, peace.
Man, as I keep clicking away on your joints I can really hear how you've devolved your own style, and it is working really well for you bro. I seen you liked the Madvillian. That shows in your music dude, in a lot of ways, which says a lot. Peace
Beautiful sample. I absolutely got into the mood of this track. I imagine Chicago would of been a really dope place in the 20's yeah. Fav'd and downloaded cuz. Peace.
