Hey B.I'm a cool old school dude. I know you ment no harm. when I read that description I knew I was going to relisten to that track 100 more times to see if I was tripping when I did the sound prossesing. NOW I GOT EAR FATIGUE. My next track is doomed. I realy do like your concept of writing and will be stopping by. PEACE THE MACK MAN OUT.
I loved the song very good work. I think the mixing needs some tweaking unless you meant to make it sound like to was being played through a toy amp. That being said you are very talented!!!!
Thankyou for the listen and the comment.I could have made my stereo field a little wider as well as better separation of guitar and keys. When I do smooth jazz I try not to go rediculouse wide because some stations broadcast in mono and the possibility of losing an instrument is great.I know this because it happen to me. I think toy amp is a bit extreme, but so far thas's been your opinion only and i except it. Your tracks are great and i will be stopping by. PEACE. THE MACK MAN OUT.
Do you have this in two separate files? Meaning the vocals an instrumental? I'd like to play around with it maybe add somethings if you don't mind. You can email me at mrbbelle@gmail.com
YOU HAVE GOT TALENT but I would compose this song with some better instruments. I love the song but it sounds like a Disney type pop song. Perhaps you need someone to remix it for you. Anyway very good stuff!!!!!
Thank you for the feedback. I chose the instrumentation and structure based on what was suitable for that moment. I wasn't trying for the Disney sound. I just wanted to make a good record. As far as remixing goes, maybe you might be the person for the job.
LMBAO, I thought I was a Star Trek Freak. I could identify just about every line in that song. Now the song was very good but it could have use something more.
LOVE THE TRACK. A couple of things though. The mixing in the beginning sounds a little off. No offense but I don't thing the female was necessary. Who every is singing the hook should sing the the whole song in that same style.
Hey bbelle thanks for commenting! I'm not on this one, but I'm uploading a track tomorrow that I will possibly be looking for a collaborator in the bridge. I use Cubase Studio 4 and I play guitar, keyboard and a little drums
I like the melody but the vocals could use some work. The beat would be nice but they need stronger samples. I can definitely hear this on the radio and possibly a video but it needs more. I would suggest you guys work on it some more and fine tune it. Hit potential!
The fact that you included your boys makes me smile! Besides the fact that it's a nice song, you are laying down a good foundation for your boys to do more than just run the streets. I tip my hat to you.
I really like this but I think the mixing could use some work. The guitar sounds very nice but misplaced due to the volume. Everything sounds mushed together but other wise I really like it.
I like the music and your voice fits well but the speed of your vocals and the words just don't go with the style of music. Try slowing the music down.
