on Its a Work In Progress by ThaArsenal
Real unique beat, I wouldn't add anything except some melodic poetry to go with flow you already instilled in this track. Maybe a females voice for the hook, and possibly the verses as well. Keep working with it and it will make it's own voice self evident.

on Drop Trip by 2secondimpression
Bass solo was my favorite part, but I'm a bass junkie. great "expletive deleted" song. The ending caught me by surprise, but I'm cool with that. so...

super groovy track. Plenty of visuals, would be great in the club. blend of Jack white old school guitfiddle and trance. Very cool.

So beautiful and happy I forgot all the wonderful things I was going to say about the voices and the layers and beauty. Made my heart feel lighter. Thank you.

on Law of the Jungle by DjKrepz
Eat or be eaten right krepz. I dig what you've done here, great blend of some glitch elements with straight jungle freshness. I'm going to jump on the bandwagon and agree with blume and frk. a little mixing, maybe some panning(i'm a panaholic though). Colors are great, very thick and crunchy(crunchaholic). I don't think anyone mention this but the last minute I was just waiting for the end so maybe a little variation, a drum break would be sick with the kick you used. all in all

I'm with deathlyfresh. Maybe not strings, keep your islander theme and put a steel drum or some chanting. It needs a "b" feel so there can be some tension vs. repose action. nicely produced, unique sound.

Oooweee this ish is sweet
Got me groovin from my dome down to my seat
Got a lot of lovin for home grown beats

on Spooky Angel by Nightingale
I really enjoyed this, but I want more. Lets collab if we have to to make this into a fully structured ten minute long journey. I love the oscillated moog sound and the groovy bass.
VERY PSYCHEDELIC.

on Neverending Youth by Lightward
Epic track. Great rhythmic interplay, good expanse of sound. I can hear every range within this piece. I really dig the white noise crash. "Crunchier the better" I always say. Thanks for the bumpin track. the evolutionary element of your progression keeps even my easily bored ears on the edge of their cartilage.

on Trojan by tomR10
This is a nice programmatic beat, however I'm not sure it fits in to the Hip-Hop genre. I'd be interested to hear your explanation of why it holds it status. I'm not saying it doesn't, however instrumental tracks usually have some other tracks to put it in context, thats the only reason I say anything. It is very uplifting, the end is a little abrupt though, think about working in a fade or a break down. Something to take your ear. Good production in any case.

thank you, i appreciate your comment man! i know, it's not your everyday hip hop beat, i guess when i try and make instrumentals I make an attempt at crossing genres (i.e electronica and hip hop) to create a whole new sound. The reason i call it hip hop still is the overall sound of the drum track, which you can still bob your head to. I understand that it needs some chronic work so ill work towards finishing it off completely. cheers for the tips bro

You've got some cool things going on in this track. The ednding is a bit abrupt. i was groovin out and then.... which isn't always a bad thing, just want to make sure you're aware of it. anyway

on Dont Want 2 by shibbyco
I like this track. It's got counterpoint, it got a good beat and its got harmony. That said I would really like to hear some syncopated rhythm. Its very straight right now. the groove is there, however, right now you've got a "four on the floor" feeling, very 1950's early rock. Add some high-hat to the percussion or maybe another counter melody.
all in all, i say
NOICE WORK!!!

Thick textures. Well mixed. Full of color and auditory tricks. Dark and ominous while very alive, an orphan left on the street to survive. Time is marching on yet I'm standing still. Watching life fly by from my window sill.

on I Gave You My Own by leau
You've done a lot of work on this track already. I can't wait to hear what happens when you vision becomes clearer on the mixing. I totally dig the out of time sections. Its tries to break apart but never really does, very enjoyable to listen to. The constant rythm with that haunting melody is awesome.
