nice, interesting to listen to works like that, luv dat beat box in the corner of my headphones, and you know what it sounds like daft punk, no not the beatbox . . . you know what im on about ! ! luvin it !
hm I think even even with the other instruments bys added their own little imagination. Other keyboard instruments midi complicated. You'll see results:}
Sam, yes I do not have complicated but I did not stir kytórych works here because do not have the vocal PhotoStream soon see for yourself and you will enjoy as never before. I am looking for someone to play with: D can you? or someone else Trance music
No worries I'm not becoming a stalker... your stuff is curiously different in many ways and I can't help but comment once again. This piece takes your style to another level I think. Be careful though, the panning and volumes are sometimes a bit too much or unbalanced but I suspect you plan to address mastering when you decide to complete. Hope I know to check out finished version, no time like today right? Lates. - DF
Another great creation, the synth is bad ass for obvious reasons so no need to dwell on that, I particularly like how beat boxing makes up the rhythm, is that you by chance? Digging your stuff, faved. - DF
This is nice, piano is crisp and technically funky and fun, synth melody is good interplay with piano, this is very cool, left/right pan dedicated to instruments is funky in itself and a cool touch. Have you considered layering in bass guitar to give it even more depth? Creativity at its best, keep it up. - DF
TNX for the kind words. Left/Right pan is that way because I recorded this very lazily. One keyboard the synth is the left channel and the other (keys piano and drum machine) are right channel. live record, on shot.
lol nice description, interesting theory! the intro is amazing. love the panned drums and elements. this sounds something out of a final fantasy game, and thats a compliment :P keep spinnin that hot fire. some of the synths actually sound as if they are morphing into a robot voice kinda cool
tnx yo. I'm glad you hear that too, means i'm not totally insane. I would never ever take being compared to Nobuo Uematsu as insult. quite the opposite.

I don't want to sound retarded, but how did you do this? I'm pretty new to all things digital. You said keys, but does that mean you arrange it or do you just play it?
Either way it's really frickin awesome. I'm a huge gamer and that's what it reminds me of, too. :)
Well done.
Thanks KateTheGreat.
This is kinda the "statement of the theme" if you will, this track is far from done. I'm using the intro material in conjunction whatever other crunchy voices I add for a dubstep feel and I got some lyrics to go with it, the hook isn't quite right yet but I'll nail it down.
The answer to your first question is this. I found the drum part, set it the correct length from the beginning of the track and started recording. I put the keys down in three takes, I deleted the first two, usually you would keep them anyway to use as material in case there are errors in the best take, they usually aren't in the other ones. Thats an uberproducer trick though, and you don't it need to make good recordings imo, just perfect ones. I usually just record "live" as it were, on the spot. I don't like midi that much, it's alright i guess, i would rather listen to it than make, it's too perfect, if you know what I mean, and most of the time, unless its drums, loops tend to bore me.
I'm also a gamer. Just got StarCraft II but my computer can only chunk it out... so no online waaaaaaaaaah!
just have to play more xbox and wii until I get a better one.
Thanks again for your kind words. I look forward to more of your music as well.
I like the accapella beat with the airy synth. Its a good combo. Plus, the way you have panned out the beat gives it a mystery kind of groove. Good job and keep up the good work
The piece is very pretty and, despite being one of the most spartan pieces I have listened to so far, full. It is as relaxing as a summer breeze to be sure.
Really enjoyed parts of the track and I thought the first 90 seconds or so was really good. I will reserve judgement until the track is complete but it's sounding like it will be good.
I love delay fx and you did it tastefully..and there is a wrong way but you got it right, you knew when to let the notes ride the waves...like reverb.
Very good!
very peaceful and relaxing, i can picture the warm breeze. i see you play a bunch of instruments... that's awesome, i play guitar keys and drums so between us we have mad skills lol, i wouldn't mind tryin to collaborate on a tune, only problem is i use ableton and i don't see it on your software list. let me know though, we could work strictly with exported audio files perhaps. i would recommend making more tunes like this, maybe with a tiny bit more going on and you will have some great ambient tracks.
Thanks for the review. This piece is a solo piece for my senior composition recital(way to long in the making) so its hard to add more to it without taking away from the performer. I am always willing to write more music, I got more ideas so I'll get working. Collabs would be great, I can work with straight audio files, no problem, or whatever. Thanks for listening.
I don't think this track sounds finished but you have a lot of good ideas in here, some of your melodies are really awesome and just need cleaned up a touch.
sorry to be critical i mean no offense... i can hear the polished track just over the fence. keep it up.
This is just the beat for the track. I got an acapella hook and a bunch a rhymes. I kinda wanted that old school sound on this one. The keys might sound a little off sometimes because I shot that out in one take on my keys. No midi sequences.
some of the pieces seem a bit off time but this song is awesome and reminds me of video games. it makes me want to be side scrolling through epic lands! haha good work i like it.
yes this a bit raw, i did it one take with the drums as a loop. its just keys and the drum loops for now, but it'll get some other stuff. I'm working on lyrics for this one as well.
Here's the hook, raw as well

sounds are awesome, they do all the talking and they have a lot to say. this song could fit in all types of videos and games etc. thanks for sharing it, i'm glad i came to your page. this track shows patience and vision.
Theres still a lot of work to be done on this one as well but it is 90% percent there. The panning isn't all there or at the right times in some cases, but I like to listen to it enough I figured it was good enough for my first post. Now I got the bug and I'm uploading everything that I don't hit stop on when it I listen to it.
Thanks for listening. This is not perfect by any standards. Lots of tuning issues and the way I'm playing it now its much different. I hope to have a newer version up soon.
Wrote it for my girlfriend to help her study. I'm glad someone else enjoyed it as much as she did. Maybe I'll try another one in that style in the near future.
