on HORIZON - BILBOZO by Bilbozo
intensely dramatic yet amazingly compact - you get one helluva lot of feeling and searching sounds in here with precision - what i'm trying to say is this is consummate craft that don't feel crafted - just great music, brother

on All we ever known by bone0112
deep and necessary - people look the other way cause they don't want to see their cities as concentration camps - so they build casino and pottery barns and convention enclaves - this is way beyond dope, it's documentary - rueful respect.

on That Something by braindedmusic
a bouquet of thorns and a bed of nails - it's so nice to see people wrapped up in a sack with a viper together - love, o venomous love - scarifying and beatific.

on I Cant - ft Patricia Edwards by AllenV
Allen, my friend - I truly hope you don't find this remark profane, but this is as close to going to church as i get - what i mean is that there is belief in something better here - as Carlos Santana once put it, Love Devotion and Surrender - sublime work by all involved - it is so good to see ya amigo!

Hey Mike!
I love your comments.
I do associate "inspiration" with my personal belief in the power of music and that I do feel there is a higher power that created this emotion we feel towards music...it can't just be about beats all the time..no offense,I love beats but in this context it's about the combined effort to capture a feeling and share it with others and I'm so happy that I've met so many artists here that understand the importance of emotion in a song..it's what I think we all want to achieve whether it's happy, sad or somewhere in between.
And I also feel that "beats" do indeed create emotion(yes I have listened to Maroon Five and GaGa)
So I get it...but only when appropriate as they do it.

We'll meet again Mr. Stokes...Collabs is what I'm all about!
