Maybe if you want/have time also give a listen to the "When you go" track - I wrote that with in my mind that you should sing it. It's a total mess in sound levels/mixing etc (in your words I can't mix for toffee), but... Well, in my mind, this could be a track for you :)

Hello Beautiful! Thank for stopping by over there! I'm happy to know you enjoyed the video! Yeah, Social Media can be a blessing and a curse. Unfortunately, for Indie Artist (who don't have a machine of pro folks supporting them) it's a necessary evil. It is very key to growing a fanbase coupled with an artist website. I am lazy when it comes to the business side of music, and it IS a business. So I literally have to force myself to get everything done that needs to be.

The distributor I use (CDbaby) is full service, so they handle a lot of the matters that deal with securing mechanical licenses, collecting specific publishing royalties, sync licensing, etc. So those things are off my shoulders but there is still a lot more that has to be done. They host an annual 3 day Indie DIY Conference every year. A lot of Industry experts, as well as Indie Artists from all over the world attend. It's networking on steroids, with keynote addresses, and break-out sessions, and live shows. It's a worldwide community of artists with a common goal. It's inspiring. I have had a blast every time I attend one of them, in addition to the wealth of knowledge gained.

This year it's in Austin, Texas. Unfortunately, I can't attend due to a gig happening around the same tine. Anyways, I am yakking too much! If you want to know more about the Conference please shoot me a message. Thanks sooooo much again!

A couple years back I got hacked over there, and lost just about all my comments and likes, so being extremely disheartened I turned my focus to my website and pretty much abandoned YouTube. I tried my best, I'm not much of a lead singer but you cover them up with other vocal and guitar tracks and the roughness almost vanishes, he!!
