By the way, Im headin to NJ for a mini vacation from the 25th to the 28th of this month. Its Jackson NJ ( I think its near the Jersey Shore ) - my girl and I plus a few friends are going camping at this place called Tip Tam Camping Resort. Whats there to do out there ? You performin aty any venues ?
sorry haven on that much. internet is messed up on my lap top and had a bad ass injury for like a week. we just had a kick ass show last night and we do have a show on the 27th. were not that far from jackson depending where at. you can check out the date time and where it will be at on our myspace too. that show is gonna be alot of fun underground scene and party.
Nice beat man, I see you used the lovely Reegz vocal samples from FL ... Isn't that software just awesome ? I use the same, XXL Producers Edition. Anyway, I dig the slow factor in this track, kinda trippy in a weird way. Good work on this.
That wobble synth is dope man, nice work on this ... should be longer like it needs to build up to something intense with more variation, still a nice flow and the vibe is nice as well.
Not bad man, great effort and take using this acapella. I have to say that the acapella is a little off but its not that bad man. It definitely is hard to place vocals like this on beats but the best method I found is to try and create beats around the vocals - it makes for a better sounding production. Check out the version I made using this acapella - its called 'Married To The Game - Stay Hustlin' also check out the others I've made. Look forward to hearing more of your creations as you progress.
Holy s**t, this track is f-ing great - dig the flow and uniqueness of this beat man - good stuff. I have nothing bad to say about this. 10 out of 10 my friend ( fav'n this one ).
Sick track bro ... regardless of me producing hip hop tracks and chillout beats most of the time, I absolutely love listening to Metal and Hardcore grooves - you definitely got some skills my friend and thre production value is awesome. Nice job with this track. Keep em comin'
Thanks for the review, J Dot 2006. I enjoy listening to other styles as I can pick and choose some of those elements to integrate in to my own music. I will definitely be checking out your tracks. Thanks for the kind words. Kper
I love the anticipation this track offers - sick electro flow man, nice work. I definitely agree with BK 1 that a bass line would add even more flavor. Still a slick track though.
I dont know why this is but for some reason I totally love the piano, in any track no matter what genre ... especially this one. Great work, you definitely nailed it with this one. The piano and the echoed drum hits are slick as hell and the entire track flows well even with the added flowy synths. Nice work.
Once again, layin down another ill track with some slick vocals. As Nepaul basically said in his 09 acapella, 'your droppin so many bombs people will call you Osama.' Nice work man, we need to collab on a joint sumthin fierce. Hit me up.
Tight track man, nice take using Nepauls acapella - check out my version called 'Protein Shakes & Veggie Burritos - In The 09. Love the changes and the flow with this - great work man.
Im a fan of all different genres and different styles of hip hop and you know what, I like this - alot actually, to the point where I'd offer you some beats if you wanted to flow on them for a collab or whatever, check my s**t out - the strings you used in this are dope by the way - what Id love to hear now is the finished product.
Thanks J DOT. Yeah I'm down for a collab, I like to flow over beats that have a mellow hip hop feel, orchestra or jazzy shit at 100 to 105 bpm would be cool.
Man, I can honestly say that my first track while using Acid Pro about 6 years ago was nothing special compared to this - can still tell thats its a first but I aint sayin its bad at all, its actually pretty tight, nice feel to it and sounds official like thezerit said. Look forward to hear more as you progress.
Comin out with this legendary '8 bit hip hop styling' with a classic pac-man twist ... I had no idea you had a track out like this Nepaul - its mad greatness my friend cause guess what, one of the beats Im making for a possible collab ( could be used to collab with you if you know what I mean son ) it has samples from gameboy's Tetris and a nasty hip hop flow, its insane ... Great minds think alike bro, keep doin your thing - I'll send it over to you once its finished so you can kill it with your rhyme sayin'
I try not to take myself too serious. Just want make music that's fun to listen too, and I feel I have achieved that with the Pac-Man track. This was actually one of the 1st tracks I ever produced on my own. All my tracks have to have a theme of sorts and this one is no different. Thanks for the review JDOT, good looking out fam.
Wow wow wow, thats all I have to say. Alo Darlin is a fav of mine already and to hear this version man is absolute music brilliance, your extremely creative and awesomely unique. Keep doin your thing Chud37. Fav'n this one as well. J DOT ~ 2006
Yeah! It was one of my favorites too, And on a recent trip to Thailand i had it on my mp3 player and it suddenly came to me that I should do a VIP. It took a long time tho, The first versions I made were pretty terrible and in no way matched the attitude of the original. So im really pleased with this one. I stayed up till 7am making this last night lol!
Thanks for your review tho mate, really appreciate it :)
Sick shit right here, the flow is tight, - love the twirly-ness to it - makes it unique ... maybe turnin the vocs up a little on the 1st verse coulda made it nicer but no big deal - keep doin your thing, I wanna hear some new stuff from ya. J DOT ~ 2006
You killed it JoWezy - this beat is mad unique thats what sets it apart - jayp's got skills and your vocs fit perfectly, nice effect. We need to collab, hit me up. J DOT ~ 2006
Nice work man, dig the atmospheric feel and the trippyness - it flows well. I use FL 8 XXL Producers Edition with Decadance and few other goodies - the possibilities are unimagineable. J DOT ~ 2006
Nice take on trojanmics acapella, need to soften up the sound and the levels are off but other than that, the beat is tight. Check my versions I did when you get a chance. J DOT ~ 2006
Not a bad job on this, totally diggin the scratches and the horns. Check out the versions I've done using this acapella and his other one - 'Faces In The Rain', especially check out Verbal Apocalypse ( Attack 2 ) - ( he uses that beat for his live performances ). J DOT ~ 2006
