I agree with you other review, the vocals could be a little higher, but I really like your voice with the music they compliment each other very nicely.
Good track man, really like the music, the vocals seemed a little loud on my monitors but hey they are hard to mix. Keep it man you did a good job on this.
Yeah, I'm still trying to get the hang of equalizing everything. It's not nearly as easy as some people think. I appreciate the review and thank you for the compliment. I'll do my best to keep 'em comin' ^^
I love this man, everything about it is genius, the vocals really complete the package. The guitars are exactly what I expect when I listen to one of your tracks. You truly are a gifted musician and I love listening to your songs. I really like the tone of your guitar as well, what kind of effects do you have on it to get that sound? Anyway great track leaves me wanting more, Keep it up.
Hey Kyle, thanks for stopping by!I always appreciate your kind reviews. You know we'll have to try something together sometime.
I have to work constantly on tone and use probably the least preferred multi fx pedal, the Zoom g21u.I spend a lot of time turning knobs.
This is a distortion setting with stereo chorus and ping pong delay,It's a easy setting but I have to control the gain with my guitar volume knob so it doesn't get too dirty, which is hard with this pedal because it works best at full gain,it doesn't roll back like a tube amp,you can hear the guitar trying to "Fuzz" out.I tried my amp but there was too much noise and I do love the stereo fx from the pedal.I know I should control everything from the computer but i'm too old school,I even record on a external recorder and use the puter just for loops.Oh..I also use a combination of pick and fingers like with the acoustic,it's a little easier to control the gain that way.
I think all Tacatta does is open his mouth:)
Nice track, this is a very good instrumental. Love the stereo effect on the guitar has a very surround sound feel to it. Great job on this, nice use of different sound. Keep it up man.
Good track, the vocals seem like they need something else to them to fatten them up, maybe double the track, add a little reverb. I'm not sure anyway way I would rather review the song rather than the production, so good lyrics, and very nice music. Keep it up.
Hey man, the music is pretty good, I like that part of it. But honestly the screaming overwhelms the track and makes it unlistenable but that is my opinion. In a very small amount screaming can be okay, but bands that scream constantly, are bands that don't find much success, or they may on a short-term basis but most people mature and fall away from that type of genre. Look at how many screamo bands are now non-existent or out of the spotlight. Anyway, not trying to sound like a jerk, you asked what we thought so I thought I would share my opinion. But don't let my opinion matter, do what you like, thats what music is about anyway. If I listen to the complaints about my music, I probably would stop making it.
you are right with everything you said. I just did that track to be a jerk to someone. When we play out i don't scream like that...thanks for the listen!!
thanks for the review. atmosphere and vibe are critical song elements, imo. thanks for checking the song out, i'm going to be posted alot more from my various projects soon, so if you liked that one, i'm sure you'll dig some of the others i got lined up:)
thanks man!and i am working on a sample version of the beat with mabye just 1 verse,, all will be on upcoming track, whenever i finish it eventually lol, ive gotten alot of your piano loops on here and they are very nice. thnx for review
Man I love what you done with the music with this, definitely needs the vocals to really bring it over the top, Anyway nice job so far, keep up man this is good.
