on Persuit by ReadyRockN

This is great! You nailed it! I might suggest that you normalize your tunes before you upload em, They would have a more powerful sound. Nice track though!

ReadyRockN replied 9th Jun 2013 - 13 years ago

You have a great ear for mixdowns. I was thinking the same thing when I listened to the vocals afterwards. This is just a ruff draft, I still have to add adlibs and record the vocals over. Certain words did not come out like I needed them to and so on. Thanks for the review

on Jam that Sound Right Now ( instrumental ) by JamesDavies

I don't know what to say that hasn't already been said. It's a good start! It would be hard to make a good song using only audacity, so good work!

JamesDavies replied 8th Jun 2013 - 13 years ago

yea, I guess that was my first attempt at making a beat. quite old this song - funny because I still use only audacity, but anyway: everybody's got to start somewhere. thanx, for your feedback...

Spivkurl 8th Jun 2013 14:55 - 13 years ago

on Come at me Bro by nmeriwether14

This is really trippy! I hear some subtle hip hop elements, which is nice! Great synth work! Nice mixing! Thanks for using my loop! Nice song!

Spivkurl 7th Jun 2013 22:50 - 13 years ago

on untitled dubstep by Lenerd73

Normalizing is done in an audio editor. It brings your audio to the 0 db point so it is as loud as it can be without clipping(distorting).

Lenerd73 replied 8th Jun 2013 - 13 years ago

Oh I see now. Thank you! This probably saved me a world of trouble in the future. I am probably going to do a second take of this track so i can get it fixed. But anyways thank you i really appreciated your feedback, it really helps.
