This is crazy man, you definitely killed it with this one. It's fresh, smooth and you've got great flow. Can't wait to get my hands on some of your acapellas ;-)
Now this is something different. I like the guitar looped and overall feel of the track. You should check out some acapella's her on looperman and try adding some vocals yourself. If you came so far, why not try and finish this track yourself?
Hey man, very strong arrangement!! I do think philosofist's vocals don't really fit in right now. I know his vocals to have great flow and in this track that doesn't come out.
I don't know what DAW you're using, but with Ableton you have a great feature called warping. You could make them fit more nicely with it.
whoah, this is really something! You got some great ideas put into this track. The only thing it needs is some serious vocals and it's good to go. Like it!
Hey man, I just also finished a track with this pella from Farisha. I must say I like what you did to it. I can tell you really "felt" her vocals. Good job!
Actually kinda brilliant track, only thing is that it needs some serious mastering. For example If you'd tone done those hihats and bring them beautiful strings to the front it would make the track a lot more attractive. Would check the vocals as well, a little reverb does wonders. Beside the levels, very well done!!
Thanks bro, I agree. But my talents are limited to the lyrics. If you're interested in giving it a shot, let me know. I always give credit where its due.
Nice one bro, really like the way you manipulated the vocals. I actually just used a small part from this Farisha acapella on a new track. Check it out when you get the chance.
Great track! Very nice style and interesting building of the track. The only remark I have is that you could check the vocals in the chorus. They seems a little too present. Try playing with the eq, compression or levels. Other then that, good job man!
thanks.. glad you like it... and yea... it was a problem i failed to correct after lowering the bass on the instrumental because it was making it to where you really couldn't hear the vocals
Nice arrangement, but I would turn that autotune down a notch. Most times it does more harm then good. At least I think so. I can feel that you put your hart in it though :-) Great lyrics, but maybe you can spice up your vocals another more original way. Hope she liked it anyways :-)
That's a nice note. Actually, they are the same thing - voice: I just said what I had to. One day the play maybe will grow; so far I appreciate your hunger. And thank you.
If this is your first attempt at this genre I would definitely advise you to (please) keep make more of it. Great arrangement, stunning synth work and well mixed down. I'm a fan :-)
Thanks a lot man! I had a great time working on this track as well. It was a little harder for me, but I really enjoyed making it. I'll definitely be making more in the near future. Glad you enjoyed. Thanks a bunch for the review!
Whoah, respect for bringing this story to the loopermantable.
Musicwise I like the simple but yet effective arrangement. Vocals and story told definitely impress, bit of a dutch accent of course, but that's ok. Quality often comes from those lowlands I tell you :-)
First of all I must say I really like the arrangement. I think it's a shame your vocals don't come out very clearly making it sounding kinda foggy or something. You should play around with a couple of techniques to mix down vocals in a track. I think there are a couple of loopermen/women on here that explain this in the forums. Just play around with them (the techniques i mean :-) ) and you will be amazed how cool you can make your vocals sound.
thanks for that mate yeah ill have a look just got a really rubbish mic like they say workmen cant blame there tools lol thanks for theinput mate much appreciated.

I would definitely like to take a crack at some of your vocals. Could you upload some versions without the added fx?
Anyways again well done :-)
