Wouldn't use the synth appreg sound during the whole track though. Doesn't keep the track exciting enough. Vary a bit more to keep it interesting..
Other then that: keep it up, I think you do got some skills :)
Again great job. You guys sound kinda familiar, but I can't quite lay my finger on it. Good mix and keep up the good work. Would you guys consider treat your fellow looperpeople on a couple of bars of acapella's? I would definitely take a crack at it :)
appreciate tha review mayne. Im workin On Getin some acapellas up real soon....ive just been so busy in the lab, new beats and preparing to record my album...but ima be lookin to put some up within this week...Thanks again for the review and the love.... E$P
I see u did a lil mix with a track called Bright Lights, and thanks for the review.... All the stuff i put on here is rough mixed, nuthin Mastered yet.... just recorded on a boss music station and then ran thru FL 9 with the Maximus. If u look in to mx down stuff....u gotta start witht the recording... if ur recording live instruments, make sure u are usin pure devices....dont be recording with all the effects on it to be getting ur sound....unless u WANT vocoder, or echo, other than that record ur instruments/vocals with the purset sound u can get..... then when u master, even if its with Fruity Loops or whatever, the compresson/stereo effect will boost ur sound.... WIth this thing of ours (Hip Hop) its about the rawness, and if we are using digital things to record, we need to let then WORK for us, so go wit the purest/raw sound, without hiss, or echo or anything, and wait till ur mixing stage, then u will find out what u need to add to the recording process....steps homie...lil tiny steps! then its all a system and formula...
"Anyone got a label up in here? I'd say sign this talent before she gets away!"
I think you're very good, using N18th's beats does help of course, but you have got serious talent. I'd (and àbet everybody) really like to hear some acapella's to work with. I think you could expect some good remixes..
You should read up on mixing vocals or get someone to work on them with you. When you manage to master this I think you're able to lay down professional sounding tracks, cause your vocals are really exceptional.
Again beautifull vocals!! As mentioned earlier they could use some more mixing, but overall great job. How about a another collaboration somewhere in the near future? I got some great reviews on our last one.
