How did it happen that I missed this track before?!?This one is a masterpiece! When I first came across your music,I thought about your tracks as being like musical paintings, very evocative with a unique atmosphere, adding the different layers of soundscapes.
Faved it,of course,lol

Mon ami - "musical paintings" is truly what I'm doing, and I owe you thanks for bringing to my attention initially. Definitions can be really useful, no? It has let me take the license to continue this approach, and incredibly flattering that people actually dig it, too! Thank you for the fave!

Thanks for the listen FrenchKid. I've long admired your work. I especially liked your collab with Koukotsu. She and I are trying to put a couple tracks together right now. We'll see if anything comes of it. As you can see I do have a love of the oriental sounds.

Thanks, Frenchkid. Means a lot to me that you dug it. Coincidentally (I guess) I just listened to Koukotsu's track, "Lizard Breath," where you added the guitar - beautiful work there, from both of you. So great to hear a collab like that. Every day I fall a little more in love with this site.

This track for me is somehow associated with your "Shopping Mall" witha more melancholic feel in the music but with the same humour and cynism in the lyrics

on Entropy and the Mandelbrot Wyrme by n0mad23
Hi,
Really your tracks are amazing!I don't think I had ever heard something like that before. If it was my track,I would certainly add a melody because I tend to instinctively build my songs around melodies. But your songwriting is different and great as is and so peculiar too.So maybe just a "passing by" melody but not dominant in the track.I hope this makes sense, lol
Like Koukotsu,it feels weird giving a piece of advice to a great artist like you
Cheers
French Kid
n0mad23
n0mad23 replied Unknown
Mon frere - excellent advice! I've got two different strategies to try out now, and the "passing by melody" is probably what will work best. I'm really flattered you think I'm a great artist, and am now positive that the talented ones here are already a sub-community within the larger one. Every one who's offered advice so far are artists I think are incredibly talented (yourself included!). Thanks for taking the time to give this advice - it's greatly appreciated!

Hey French kid! Thanks for taking the time to listen. Im very happy you guys like it. And thank you Koukotsu! Its great that it immerses you into it too. I was almost on another plain when I was recording that bit, very good fun :) Im always critical of myself though, I'll probably be fiddling with it for many weeks :D By the way, I did a video for this track and if you've got time, have a watch? You can see it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3Fjh6cLLbQ Its blank for the first 50 secs, then the vid kicks in. Thank you again mate
