Wonderful! This track is more than relaxing,it's like being wrapped up in cotton or marshmallow, lol. This bassline is still playing in my head too.Maybe my favourite from you and one of my favourite tracks on this site
Cheers
French Kid
that means so very much to me. i respect you as an artist so very much that you liking my work is the highest of compliments...im almost done with all of my projects [finally!], so im really looking forward to working with the piece you sent!
thanks again for the kind words and for listening.
Hi Spivkurl,
Nice title choice for this track.Again, you have this unique sound that makes your music so...unique,lol!Your way of using the keys is definitely addictive

How did it happen that I missed this track before?!?This one is a masterpiece! When I first came across your music,I thought about your tracks as being like musical paintings, very evocative with a unique atmosphere, adding the different layers of soundscapes.
Faved it,of course,lol
French Kid
Mon ami - "musical paintings" is truly what I'm doing, and I owe you thanks for bringing to my attention initially. Definitions can be really useful, no? It has let me take the license to continue this approach, and incredibly flattering that people actually dig it, too! Thank you for the fave!
Right choice you made here Koble, your ambient approach really suits those wonderful loops and you created a great relaxing atmosphere
Cheers
French Kid
Thanks for the listen FrenchKid. I've long admired your work. I especially liked your collab with Koukotsu. She and I are trying to put a couple tracks together right now. We'll see if anything comes of it. As you can see I do have a love of the oriental sounds.
Cheers,

Nice one again,man
I think what makes you different from some other hip hop tracks is your great use of various kinds of loops of various instruments.Really gives a unique style to your music
Cheers
French Kid
Thanks, Frenchkid. Means a lot to me that you dug it. Coincidentally (I guess) I just listened to Koukotsu's track, "Lizard Breath," where you added the guitar - beautiful work there, from both of you. So great to hear a collab like that. Every day I fall a little more in love with this site.
Hi,it's me again,lol
This track for me is somehow associated with your "Shopping Mall" witha more melancholic feel in the music but with the same humour and cynism in the lyrics
Great track
French Kid
Glad to see you back on the site with this masterpiece!I love everything about this track, especially the subtle mood variations .
Another fav

Hi,
What a brilliant track!Couldn't expect less from you and Slap. The bassline sounds great as well as the sax.As for the percussions,it reminded me of Berber music I used to hear when I was a child.Love it!

I think my fellow loopers said it all. This track is so smooth and very emotional at the same time.Your track is great as is,but maybe it could be developped with vocals.Looking forward to hear Effluence's spoken words on this
Keep up the great music
French kid
Excellent job on this one,Coney.I knew I was going to fav it as soon as i heard those keys. There's a great feel to it,the kind of tracks that takes you on a trip,I love that! This tune could be very nice with vocals as well
Cheers
French Kid
Hey thanks man! Yeah the whurly riff sets this off. I think I may be adding more to this,...at least on the chorus part. Seems a little flat to me. what do you think?
Hi,
Really your tracks are amazing!I don't think I had ever heard something like that before. If it was my track,I would certainly add a melody because I tend to instinctively build my songs around melodies. But your songwriting is different and great as is and so peculiar too.So maybe just a "passing by" melody but not dominant in the track.I hope this makes sense, lol
Like Koukotsu,it feels weird giving a piece of advice to a great artist like you
Cheers
French Kid
Mon frere - excellent advice! I've got two different strategies to try out now, and the "passing by melody" is probably what will work best. I'm really flattered you think I'm a great artist, and am now positive that the talented ones here are already a sub-community within the larger one. Every one who's offered advice so far are artists I think are incredibly talented (yourself included!). Thanks for taking the time to give this advice - it's greatly appreciated!
Hi,
Heard about you by Koukotsu and I really loved that track!Your guitar synth really sounds great and the arrangements are very well done. And above there's a special feel to your track that makes it almost adictive.

Hey French kid! Thanks for taking the time to listen. Im very happy you guys like it. And thank you Koukotsu! Its great that it immerses you into it too. I was almost on another plain when I was recording that bit, very good fun :) Im always critical of myself though, I'll probably be fiddling with it for many weeks :D By the way, I did a video for this track and if you've got time, have a watch? You can see it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3Fjh6cLLbQ Its blank for the first 50 secs, then the vid kicks in. Thank you again mate
