Steevo - Excellent call on the ending. I was actually thinking the same thing. I think some more variation in the percussion will help, and I need to continue playing with the MIDI controller and get a bit more control over my volume sliders. It's developing nicely, and I'm finding recording drafts to listen to and analyze is really helpful in figuring out what to focus on next. Constructive criticism such as this is exactly why I love this community - mega thanks and best regards.
Great name for a dreamy piece.
Nice drum line, sounds like a ticking clock in places (to me anyhow) goes with the theme of the song well.
Had to listen twice to feel the complexity and layers of this track. I think the composition and the arrangement of the track are first class. Proper ending to the track which I liked.
Good work.
Really like the groove you got going there, good use of the pella, I think the music fits very well, and the slow build up at the begining was just right. Well done.
Liked the piano line, enjoyed this smooth track with and the lovely sentiment of the vocals. Good to hear rap song thas's not Fish this Fish that, kill you beach etc..............
Guitar works as a fantastic carrier for your haunting vocal.
An acomplished work.
Please please please lose the string squeak slide though, it has no place in this song.
Excellent. A very balanced track despite the many elements gives an overall sound-scape that is captivating and demands the imagination take flight. Wicked bass line!
Hey Steevo! Yes, I was a bit concerned in putting this together that I might end up with something very muddy sounding by the end. I'm quite pleased with the outcome. Yes, that bass line is amazing (though somewhat altered) and I'm sure I'll be looking at more ultrabase bass loops after this! Thanks for the review!
Hey thanks! Means a lot to me. I use Reason 4.0. It's really powerful software, i still have lots to learn with it"! :) I'd love to hear what you come up with :) Thanks again
That's a nice groove you have there, I liked the way the track panned the general mix and the break. It ended abruptly tho.
Did my first Abelton track last week, bit of a learning curve compared with FL, but gonna persevere.
Kind of had me waiting for a break beat or big groove line to come in. The hits somehow put me in the local cinema.
A nice beat, and liked the oh-oh sounds.
Thanks Steevo for giving my track a listen and your kind review. All I got to do now is wait and see what comes in...(my waiting skills are WAYY poor !!)

Perhaps a more defined end would work?

I checked the vid out also, very good.
May I ask what software was used to produce it, I came over all creative as I watched, and feel like knocking something up.
Cheers.
