OK Check this out I don't think I have ever faved a hip hop track only because most in my opinion really aren't that good! but dude your mix is really clean not cluttered and muddy like most! your flow is good with the mix not off like most! and dude your lyrics paint a picture that freaking hits ya to the bones! impressive in my book! but i am not an authority on this genre! Just an old school blues hillbilly from the old school!
go go gadget optimism........WOW. That is much appreciated(even if you are not an authority on the genre), mixing has been something im definitely working on ..... about being a hillbilly......not too far off myself/ reside in Oregon
this was real good the only thing missing was some lyrics! although the applause track in my opinion should not have been continuous throughout the mix maybe for the intro and that was it! and maybe for the outro but because it fades out and then reappears seems out of place to me kinda canned or fake !

OK I am not a metal head but most of my friends are and at times iam subjected to listening to alot of it this was all any one could ever ask for! the only thing missing is of course............
...............Lyrics ! "KILLER"
this was a head bopper for sure ! liked the drone slowed down vocals that was a nice effect! although i am way out of my league here with the electro genre ! I have a lot to learn within most of the genres here on looperman! but the more I listen the more I learn! and that can't be bad! Way cool!
This was a very simple track but well put together and real clean! the only suggestion i would have with it would be kicking in the horns a little earlier? there is an expectancy within the music where you expect something to happen at a certain time and it came in a little late love the drawn out horns sound! and the ending was a little abrupt for me, (kinda like falling off of a cliff?)
absolutely wonderful voice nice mix everything is where it should be ! impressive result this song made me feel like i was living through a birds eyes while in flight, soaring effortlessly riding high on thermal updrafts over some European mountains looking down with not a single care ! thanks for that!
i love all things celtic... i love LOTR. And I love that you mentioned those things as coming to mind when you listen to this track. thanks so much for commenting and appreciate the compliments.
Well let me say this! with bellies both full of rare meat and spiced rum! it was not hard for me and my Irish Hottie Rita to be river dancing in the living room ! she was very pleased with this rendition! and at her suggestion this will be marked as a favorite!
thank you very much!
Well first of all being an old hippie from old school daze !
it is hard sometimes to review a genre that i know nothing about
so the only thing I can rely on is the quality of the mix, the blending of the different instruments, and the overall quality of the sound, trouble being I have a hard time telling the difference between breakbeat, dubstep, trance from dance, and hiphop from rap and flow "Wow" talk about frustrating! back in the day we basically had hard rock, soft rock, pop and easy listening, blues
and r+b! alot has changed since then! and that can only be a good thing ! I may not be into alot of the genres here on looperman, but i can spot quality mixes and arrangements!
and this would be one of them! good work and good job!
The piano arrangement was very sweet a little repetitive but thats why they call them loops LOL! not sure if it was my system or not but no matter how i set my E.Q. settings I could not remove the muddy distorted bass? maybe it was the dew player? other than that this was A-OK cool! "Anything with eshar in it can't be bad :-)
First of all Oreo being a "NOOB" is ok you have to start somewhere!
not a bad start the track just seems a little monotone like a sound track from an eighties nintendo game? try playing with your pan settings which is allowing parts of your music to be shifted slowly to the left and then the right use some reverb, but not alot practice makes perfect! perfect meaning your own satisfaction! keep em' coming !
Awesome instrumental ! I don't know who Sinead is but she must be cool ! this put me into a Irish love hippie fest smoke filled air flowers and alot of hugging and kissing ! very nice indeed !
Dude! Ok first of all let me say that it's not because i have a fifth of spiced rum in my gut! but you freaking freaked me out with this one! (performing secret operations) what are you looking into my basement windows? and I live on the third floor!!!!!!
loved the ending! "(absolutely)".................JG
Killer beat I really liked the way the Lazer gun sounds drifted and echoed very cool sound great work man!!!!!
but a am not going to say 'keep it up' Ha Ha .............G.
Real nice thing here guys! Very busy piece I must admit, this made me feel as if I was right there amongst a crowd of people, and everyone was swaying their arms in unison with the music!, Dreadlocks, brightly colored hand made woolen ponchos, and the air filled with the smoke of their religion! and not one single negative vibe in the whole place! Life IS! for the Living!
...........................................G.....................
Nice touch on this one! I really liked the oriental flavor you created with this, the sitar like sounds were perfect and the echo effect were tasty! good job man!................G.
I am going to have to totally agree with barry on this one for real ! this has all the elements and produced brilliantly!
"I bow down to you sir!" Even though i am also in this comp. I have to say this should be the winner! (IMPRESSIVE)
Killer beat man and the vocals were cool! I have used ccmixter quite a bit it is a treasure trove of talent! not to sell looperman short! but the WWW is a real big place! and traveling ain't bad! real nice work here! "very clean!" check out a few of my tracks using ccmixter if you like!..............G.
caught this one on a featured! awesome loved the harmonies very cool! there is nothing sweeter sounding than the voice of a child!
impressive.........................thumbs!..........G.
intense live version! this is freaking sweet! i would have loved being there would have been even cooler if I was up on stage playing harmonica to this! excellent! this had a real irish dirty flavor slash flogging molly to it impressive billy! hats off!to the mukrakes whoo hoo gotta fav it!..........Johnny G.
