This is good man! Kinda folk rock in nature but I think rock is good. I'll drink to this song! Spontaneity can bring out the best songs in my opinion, whether you remember recording them or not, he.
lot's of good things going on the track
i'm not too sure about the drum programming but that may be just my taste
your voice (and the acoustic guitar) reminds me a bit of this old folk band called New Model Army (early stuff)
really good feeling with a lot of inspiration! reminds me years of kraftwerk, devo, ... strangely, it's remain very modern!
In any case, it is very captivating and personally, I find like many others the super intuitive and intelligent concept
Sounds something like Love & Rockets on the chorus. Love & Rockets were like the flipping chorus kings, so that's all kinds of groovy. Love the wooo wooo woos. Great work.
I haven't heard of Love and Rockets, but I'll definitely go check those guys out. But it always helps when people love the chorus, they have to listen to it more than once.
The woahs were fun to do. I think they really broaden the sound.
This is (was) one of the best concept work in the history of Looperman (I've been here for 8 years, donno nothing about the other 8 :-)
personally, this is the 3rd in the row, the first 2 was 10/10, this one is only 9.5/10...but it's just taste...
cool, like subversively evil in a pleasant robotic going to end your life with a pleasant smile and sendoff. Tells a story like a great sci fi story. A little Bowie like as well. cool creative work.
Cru
Hey Cru.
Not gonna lie, Bowie is always an inspiration. As for the subversive evil thing: Don't all the biggest tyrants have the best PR? Thanks for listening.
I can't remember if I listened to part 1, but I am now following this journey. I am loving the orchestral ambience. The harp (?) is telling a story of its own, I'm wondering it can dance at a time like this. The voice here is in tune with the muzical atmosphere. Love it!
I'm glad you like the atmosphere. The song is a kind of waltz that represents the spinning of the escape pod. So it is a kind of dance. Thank you for your kind words, I am glad you enjoyed it.
very atmospherical and sad second part (as by the description we could assume) ...like the rhythm formula...good art again and well, what Nono said it could be true?!...some drums, not really a whole drumset but some kinda percs could easily be placed into the song...
I was hesitant to add drums as I didn't quite know what I wanted them to be. But I'm currently working on the drums again and maybe slightly changing the end. Thanks for your input.

Good to read from you again. I hope you are safe and well?
I don't know what to tell you about my drinking; I barely remember recording this! I just mixed it after the fact.
The fact you like it is a fine seal of approval.
Stay well, my friend.

Kind of a rough ending, little abrupt, would be my one criticism and that's an easy fix.
