So, it's finally time for my actual review. Strap in as I guide you through your Doobie Juice:
Intro is cool right from the very off. Great groove and haunting sort of chromatic progression.
0:20 badass bass wahey tone with another quite different part playing really well off it. Some rapper dudes might want to spit some sick shit over that ill beat.
0:40 and you get rid of your ill beat. All part of the rapid change thing you like to do.
Back to the ill beat then back to the breakdown and then we're into a new part. Now with mbira. Melodic stuff with big chill vibes and some double kick work occasionally.
1:58 very tightly controlled new lead part. A melodic layering of elements.
2:37 some reverse stuff I believe.
Not keen on your kick in this track. I know you're mostly using the same kits as you don't have many. Sometimes they work fine but here the kick, when exposed in the breakdown sections, sounds a bit weak though pretty decent in the fuller mix.
2:57 track appears to go half tempo. A good, more spacious opening out of things plus new lead melodies.
3:36 rocking a bit more again. Grooves sitting nicely again. You can nod your head to this shit.
And mbira to take us out to the end. Plus some guitar/bass underneath. Effective cymbal to round things off with a skilful ending. Much better than just a fadeout.
A pretty boring review from me and I'm really just noting what I hear as I go back and forth and try not to miss too much.
Congrats on some good music I can't really give a genre name. It's not rock. But what the fuck is it? I just can't think of good genre name.
P.S. Yes - now I see JoeCramer's cartoon burglary.
Ahhh, out of the lair and able to listen to music again. Nice.
"but here the kick, when exposed in the breakdown sections, sounds a bit weak"
That is good to know. I never heard it, and I'm going in this evening to fix stuff, so thank you.
"P.S. Yes - now I see JoeCramer's cartoon burglary."
This make me very happy. I felt it was so cartoonish that it had to be on purpose, but I guess probably not. Cracks me up when I see his pic. It's the slanted reflection. Good stuff. Glad I'm not alone now.
2:20 - Really like how the bass is played and tone/sound. Wah in sickly done. Nice outro mirror. Visual of a vinyl spinning til it reaches the edge.
The synthetic midi drums in my opinion sounded very cool with the real bass. The update and additional features sound complete E.
Mostly enjoyed the second half of this, though there's a section in the fist that had me thinking deep. 1:13 - 1:55.
The more involved groove at 0:47 - 1:09 and 1:56 - 2:17 doesn't sound bad, adds to the the flavor of the track and a quick change of scene which is cool, just not really connecting to that piece to well after hearing the other two badass sections for me.
Thanks for referring me here, Interesting share and take from the other songs from your page. Yeah man, more bassage, because you're like a lead bassist which ain't bad, pretty cool. Good work here Evisma. Peace.
This is Doobielicious. Nice minimalistic approach to the work, but the bass line fits perfectly. I like the chord progression. In this one I think you have strived for the sound and the composition too be perfect and not to solo out one instrument or too showcase your talented bass playing. the seemless mix makes this one special indeed.
I see you gravitating towards better compositional in your last few releases. I really enjoyed this one complicated and simple all in one tune.
Keep it coming.
Crunodes
Steve
I appreciate the kind words. I've been trying to spend more time with each track and not be too repetitive. More parts and layers.
I'm slowly learning how to integrate the six-string into what I do, along with the virtual instruments. I've been creating about 95 percent of the drum patterns lately, with only maybe one loop or midi pattern used in each track.
"complicated and simple all in one tune."
Yes, each line is simple, but it's finding several lead lines that work together that is tough. I'm not 'chords' guy, nor a rhythm guitarist. A "leadist" I be.
Good to see you're thumb pianoing so soon after getting all thumb pianoed up. I hope you played the notes in with your thumbs rather than fingers or toes (pair of big toes is OK). And good to see some bamboo marimbaing* .
Sadly, I am not able right now to listen to your potentially nice track bro as I am at work. But I look forward to fully ingesting your juice in a few hours.
One disappointment so far is that your waveform is not shaped like a cannabis leaf. That would be ridiculously cool as I assume it would take considerable planning.
So, my crazy question to you is whether there is some strange chap (or chapette) out there who composes and records "music" solely for the waveforms it generates. The end result is actually the waveform and the shapes it creates. A strange method of making graphic artwork. Do you think this is possible?
Oddly enough, this topic has come up in a mildly related way because someone once posted one of the worst and least musical pieces I've ever heard on here. And its waveform looked so much like a dick. One reviewer even asked if the whole thing was a joke and just an excuse to post a dick waveform. I commented similarly. Unsurprisingly, I never got a reply. Probably made by one of Looperman's resident members with mental health issues.
Just some interim thoughts until I get to ingest and inhale the doobie juice.
I figured you could rock some ear-buds while villaining. I guess the secret hidden lair has a dress-code and OSHA regulations. (you probably don't have OSHA, something else for over there.)
"your waveform is not shaped like a cannabis leaf"
Racked my brain thinking of how one would do that since you said it. Not possible. Interesting thought. I also commented on the dick waveform track. I remember it.
Doobie Juice actually came from my wife asking me if there would still be lemon juice in the refrigerator, or if we needed to buy more. I checked, and upon finding it, I declared "There do be juice." The title was born.
Really like the way the odd synths played in the beginning up till 0:40. Reminded me to some plexi synth sounds. Pushes the groove to another level when you added the guitars and bass. Can hear your style yet you're moving differently this time which is cool. Maybe it's because of the couple kits that change in good time twist n turns make it more interesting.
Like the percs man, nice movement with them. For me the intro would be my smoking point to this jam. Man, your tracks keep getting more evolved I kinda miss the old days ha. Got the bio going to this. Thanks man, I think all the sections build together nice and does sound like a smoked out trip. The different thoughts, the different things to do. At the 2:50 section that was cool how you got the guitar layered and accompany you. Some rockin stuff Mr E.
Very vivid sounds, can easily put this to moving pictures and wouldn't seem wrong. Nice outro. Epic chill. Ha. Thanks man, Thought you did a great job, nice thumb piano. Peace.
When you say you 'miss the old days', was that before I started using midi kits and virtual instruments and added guitar? When I started, it was drum loops and the bass guitar. Nothing else. I may have been more inventive and crafty with making the bass sound like something else. I'm not offended by the statement, it just made me curious.
Glad you liked it. I'll try to get it back to mostly bass guitar for the main instrument. If you like that more, you should check out my track "Basso Continuo". Nothing but bass guitar. Straddle your woofer for guaranteed sterilization.
Good to hear from you again. And yes, the intro IS the smoking, and the release of the days pressure hits at like 2:58. it's the "Aaahhhhhh...." moment when the boss, moronic vehicle drivers, the spouse, and general past frustrations melt away.
Hope all is well with you. Thanks for the consideration and the review. It is appreciated.
Do you realize that the reflection in your sunglasses makes your avatar look like you're an angry cartoon burglar. Make your vision go out of focus for a second and look at it. Like the black clothed spy from Spy vs. Spy comic. Sorry, writing this with my contacts out. Givin the ol' ocular globes some oxygen.
I am glad you liked the track. I came up with the intro messing with the midi controller's arpeggiator and wanted to do something with it. Thus, Doobie Juice was born.
ahh... now I get it! Probably smoking that much is beneficial when finding proper track titles. ha!
Always struggling to find proper track titles...
I really like creppy synth work from 0:59, yes it's really creepy but very extemely funky eventhough a main 'theme' still remains quite simple. That's very cool.
I guess the thumb piano (I have no idea what it is) comes in around 1:38.
Double tempo drum fills are very cool and support the bass groove nicely.
Is that someone inhaling I can hear at 2:18 (and later)? Could be a reversed cymbal also, I do not know.
From 2:37 nice cymbal 'solo' section.
Very fine concept for outro - a kind of fade-out but not really. Just taking off the instruments gradually. Nice!
As for the negative and critique: you seem to doulbe your bass melodic patterns on the thumb piano (I do that as well which is often the case when recording alone and quickly).
"smoking that much is beneficial when finding proper track titles. ha!"
Surprisingly, track titles come to me at work while outside landscaping. Got a voice recorder on my phone and I log that shit down. Gems, I tell you. Gems.
The delayed thumb piano does come in at 1:38. It's new from Samplephonics.com. I pulled it into Kontakt (though I guess I only have a demo version), and played it with my midi controller keyboard.
A thumb piano looks like a larger version on the metal comb that is plucked in a music box. Google will give you a myriad of images.
No inhaling. No mic use at all. What that is is a synth labeled "Goth Wash". Airy and organ-like. You said reverse cymbal, and I thought about taking it out and adding that or open hi-hat play, but kept the original. Timing is a touch odd, but but I like it.
"you seem to doulbe your bass melodic patterns on the thumb piano"
I have shit distortion sounds, so I try to convey "heavy" in other ways, and that is usually through reinforcement. Nearly everything I do is with a clean, yet modulating sound.
Glad you liked it, and thank you for the detailed feedback.
Nicely done! :) Has an interesting atmosphere.. I can't really describe it but my mood just changed a lot during the song.
Definetely a thumbs up! Good job.
So, this is a good tune. It seems to be more....complete. It's full, but not crowded. Everything sits where it should. It's got a good intro, body, and the outro is spot on. I think I only really have 1.5 complaints, and possible suggestions for them.
Domenico mentioned the missing low frequencies up until the :55 mark. I noticed that too. But when I listened to it, my brain anticipated the low end to open up and impact at 0:24. Like, big-ass, bass-y kick. I think if you boost the low end on your percussion, it would solve it.
The other thing, also with the drums, (which is the .5 part of the 1.5 complaint). To me, the tom work at 2:26-2:58 might be a bit too rapid for the winding down of the tune.
Now, as far as the guit-fiddlin' and the thunder-pluckin'. I have NO complaints. I've always loved the way you're able to pull such emotion out of an instrument that's typically just used for rhythm. Not a lot of people do that.
The tune itself is a good one. It's a consistent melody, that flows so nicely it made me forget I wasn't in an old Rolls taking a drive in the English countryside. That may sound like a sarcastic jab, but really, man. This is a pleasant piece that was super easy to enjoy.
You'll love this. Today was my wife's birthday,... and the water pump went out on my little Chevy S-10. Found out on the way to dinner. Aahh.... to paraphrase George Clooney in From Dusk Till Dawn, "Life loves to stick it in and break it off sometimes." I think he's talking about Harvey Keitel losing his wife, and calls them "Acts of god".
"my brain anticipated the low end to open up and impact at 0:24. Like, big-ass, bass-y kick"
I'm trying to get used to my new headphones, which have a much better low end response. I full agree that the bass is weak and unfittingly soft there. I intended to replace the bass guitar track as it is the scratch track. A rough-ish go-through of a riff so I won't forget it,... never got replaced. It's on my list of fixes. I shall try the kick first.
I will also work with the toms and try to get a more winding down feel. That's the kind of thing I would not have heard, so thank you.
Hope all is well with the V man and his clan! (not the Klan)

No, I'm not an N word. More a C word - Caucasian. As in a white dude, though more like light pink than Michael Jackson pure white.
I hope you've watched Larry David's very intelligent and unusual Curb Your Enthusiasm TV show. In one episode, he completely satirises the 'my N word' thing by referring to his new black rapper friend as 'my Caucasian', which is very funny. This is in response to his new friend calling him 'my N word' (annoying that I have to self censor a direct quote from a show in case someone gets offended).
Not much more to say about your track - I just thought I'd answer some of your points.
" back-burnered" is not such an odd word but more odd verb construction. "Put it on the back burner" is pretty standard and makes sense.
Good to hear you enjoyed "I bid you bye bye". I think you like the simple, neat ones rather than my more elaborate ones. This latest intro is perhaps my most elaborate yet. Like a little short sci-fi story.
"The world would have went on without it."
Surely the world did go on without it? Unless we're living in some sort of post-Deuce Bigalow reality. If only that movie had never been released - just think how things might be.
Yes, my music is quite abstract as I'm always striving to make it deep and far out and psychedelic and not of this earth. However, I like to also root it in some earthier type of sounds. Blues and slide playing are really good for that. Though play it high and add delay and stuff and its shimmering qualities can sound quite otherworldly.
"Mine seems to be the building of something from a blueprint"
I think you're good at actually composing parts and making them happen whereas I don't really know how to compose so I just jam, see what I get, add more and more and keep editing all the time to give it some sort of pleasing shape. I'm still amazed you record all your bass parts twice, just for a thicker sound. I can't really do that as I do so much loose, jamming stuff that I can't remember what I've played so can't accurately redo it (only certain bits). But I did sort of do it recently in 9,000 Years Too Young.
Yes, still most disenchanted with the cello. Still no bow. Will get there eventually but have been not really playing it much, not sure if I'll ever get the hang of it. Fretlessness is so hard! Don't know how people can be so accurate. You have to be right on the mark otherwise you get a bad note.
Please search Youtube for a couple of Croatian guys called 2 Cellos who are cello virtuosos playing badass rock music. You'll love it!
Mate what brilliant sounding piece, right from the very start you had me here, very nice synths, working so well with the great guitar work and beat, massive piece mate, rarely download tracks from site but if this one was downloadable, it would be a must...One of the better tracks if not the best track heard since my return...Respect...Fav...Peace Mosaic....
I'm very pleased you like the new track. Thank you for the kind words. Always good to hear your thoughts.
The strings and piano at the end was a few good/frustrating hours. Even though it's frustrating at the time, I look back and realize I was really having fun.
When I finish a track, I get a bit depressed, because I don't work on multiple tracks at a time, and hate when something is contrived, so I kinda feel like I'm only as good as what I'm working on at that moment.
When I got nothin', I feel it. When I write something I really like, I'm in the best mood ever. It's one of the few things I've found that makes me happy since I quit smoking cigarettes over a year ago. It caused a serious chemical change in my system. Dopamine is no longer supplied so I lose focus, get anxiety and other crap I'm not too big on. I've learned to recognize the things that make me happy and appreciate them more.
Everyone has been focusing on the sounds, the mixing but there missing the best part of this. Your usage of counterpoint is awesome. in this. diverging melody lines that work so well in this one. The bridge is a classic uplifting chordal structure, but then you give us sort of an electronic bass and guitar fugue. It was over too soon for me. Great work Evan.
Steve
I have trouble with chords and open, anchoring notes, so I wind up doing layered melodies and try to find interesting things that are different, but rub each other right.
Thank you for the kind words. They are appreciated.
My trusty Ozark is sending shimmering, arpeggiated "Yo, word up"s to your specific Ozark region. I'm harnessing the power of hurricanes and typhoons to propel them across the Atlantic. These words are being sent here in electronic format in case the shimmering greetings don't make it or your have your headphones on when they do.
I haven't been using this site this week but seeing your track moved me to comment.
I like your title and it's much less weird than is often the case.
Anyway: odd little intro plus your usual reverse intro fade in thing.
0:09 palm mute notes are OK. A cute sort of sound but very tightly played. This is grooving nicely. See - you can groove.
0:55 and we're getting much more badass. Only for 10 secs but the badassery will return.
1:30 problem with the distorted thin line in the background. Wants to work as something like a pad but doesn't quite. It interferes with lead elements. And at 1:46 as it hangs about in the mix.
2:00 badass is briefly back. That is a quality riff, propelled by pumping drums, well worth hearing a good few times.
No real complaints about the drums so far. Busy and doing a good job. I'm sort of not noticing them.
2:58 to end is a skilful ending. Much more carefully worked and measured than many of your "give up" fadeout endings. It gets quieter (like a fade) but the music keeps moving. And then we end on some delay - a lot like the kind of thing I do.
Overall: good, intelligent work that is close to making it into my Badass Evisma folder.
P.S. I have a brand new track I'm working on featuring lots of layered bass g that may interest you. Title I won't give away but you'll recognise it immediately. Let's just say it has something to do with you and 40A. Coming soonish to a website called Looperman.
Ahoy, Dawg. (wouldn't it be hilarious to hear that combination on the street everyday?)
"or your have your headphones on when they do"
Nice.
"1:30 problem with the distorted thin line in the background. Wants to work as something like a pad but doesn't quite. It interferes with lead elements. And at 1:46 as it hangs about in the mix."
I like the line, but I have a hard time finding good distorted tones. I could probably do it with another instrument, but I really need to get a multi-distortion pedal, or a tube amp. My pedal breaks up one way, and that is the reason for the lacking distortion tones. I'll work on it.
"No real complaints about the drums so far. Busy and doing a good job. I'm sort of not noticing them."
I guess that would mean that they are fitting without being distracting. That is awesome to hear.
"2:58 to end is a skilful ending. Much more carefully worked and measured than many of your "give up" fadeout endings."
I worked for a while on the ending. It's been in many forms. The midi stuff there I felt was very effective, and I really should be working some more instruments into my tracks. Getting close to 50, but once I get rid of a few that can go without being missed, I should have space for about 10 more.
"Let's just say it has something to do with you and 40A."
I would have to guess that it would be "9000 Years Too Young", or "Ancient Shadow Man". Would be cool if you incorporated one of his quality loops and one of my shitty loops.
Gotta say, I like 40A. Good to have people of normal intelligence here, with opinions and beliefs and conviction. Not vapid, empty headed bullshit. I don't always agree with him, but that is what debate is all about.
The empty discrediting technique of "9000 Years Too Young" was a self defense mechanism when proven wrong. But it was still pretty good.
When I met my mother-in-law, at the end of the visit, she drove off screaming "Fuck you, Evan! You fuckin faggot! You fuckin dork!",... because I didn't show signs of wanting to fuck her, and I wasn't as friendly as my wife's last boyfriend.
That scene will be forever burned into my mind. She was so mad. Hilarious.
Wow, I love the mysterious atmosphere this song has. The drums are pretty sweet, even if they are MIDI. the guitars gain most of the attention so its not that big of a deal imo. Wow, the groove is really cool. I like the interest of the guitars. I honestly have nothing to critique, except maybe add a bassline? I don't know if there's one but I think it'd...Ahh there it is, it just came in :P Great work here sir! No complaints! It's beautiful, as always! Keep em' coming!
"maybe add a bassline? I don't know if there's one but I think it'd...Ahh there it is, it just came in"
You may have been ninja bass-lined! Don't see it coming, then you're on your ass, nerve-pinched out and pissing yourself in a twitching fit. Happened to me once. Not cool. I hope this was a little more enjoyable than that.
This is so good...there are unique guys here, whose works, I can't criticize...no matter how the mix is, what about the musical things and so on...you, Static, Tumbleweed, Bear, Cru, Valve, Epic, Wayne(theHumps), mrWolf...sorry, if I forgot somebody...simply love that musical attitude and style you got...that'all...
Brilliant track!!!
It's hard to reply to your comment. It's appreciated. I'm really pleased to hear when someone likes something I've done.
Everyone you mentioned seem to play physical instruments, except Mr. VD, who makes the synths his bitch, and speaks quite effectively through them. I think that may be part of it. You are more likely to speak freely through something that feels natural to speak through,.... if that makes sense. Also, everyone you mentioned is pretty much instantly recognizable when a track of theirs starts.
Thank you for the kind words. I'll try to continue to live up to them!
Take care,.... and good to see you're still milling about with us.
Hi MrEvan,
I liked this song. Very good.
Couple of critiques:
- not so fond of the "muted" notes played in the intro, would like them to sound differently (more fx maybe?)
minor thing, they are not very loud in the mix
- the intro (up to 0:55) is lacking some "deep freqs"; the bass in this section is a bit thin (maybe this is exactly what you wanted to get)
...and now some "highlights":
- "wha" riff at ~1:27 it's pure genius. Short but I loved it!
- the "main riff" (e.g. at 0:55) is a killer one! Liked it a looooot!
- layered bass "arpeggio" (e.g. at 1:04) is a typical MrEvan trade mark. I already told you a 1,000 times. I like your way of playing and your sound.
- very pleasant guitar work...and the guitar is always clean yet the result is a rock song!
"- not so fond of the "muted" notes played in the intro, would like them to sound differently (more fx maybe?)
minor thing, they are not very loud in the mix"
Are they a bit clunky sounding? I don't think there is a single effect on them so I can see what you mean. I'll mess with them a bit, and bring them forward more.
"- the intro (up to 0:55) is lacking some "deep freqs"; the bass in this section is a bit thin (maybe this is exactly what you wanted to get)"
I believe that I still have the "scratch" bass track in there. It was meant to be built around, then replaced, but I see now that I forgot and got used to the sound. Thank you for hearing that, I intended to replace it,... and now I will.
"the guitar is always clean yet the result is a rock song"
I can't get any distortion that I like. Everything sounds cheap and tinny or buzzy or like a synth. I need meaty chunkiness, and I get skinny zingy sounds. I'll need some tube preamping, at least that's my plan!
Nice guitar work Evan...as always the bass is really good.
Question - do you mic your bass through an amp and then into the computer, or do you have an interface of some kind that you use to record your bass? I bought a Peavey VYPYR VIP2 so I could use one of their built in bass amp sims to record my bass. I was using a Zoom pedal but just couldn't quite get the sound I wanted with it.
Anyway, I digress (sorry about that) back to your tune.
Nothing to critique here. Guitars sound great (nice palm muting), drums are terrific, and the bass is sensational. A well thought out and well executed track from start to finish. Wish I had something more constructive for you, but all I have is praise. I hope all is well.
"Question - do you mic your bass through an amp and then into the computer, or do you have an interface of some kind that you use to record your bass?"
My bass goes through a Line 6 Bass PodXT Live, a rather big, black and beautiful multi-effects pedal. From there, a wet and a dry are sent to my Presonus AudioBox22VSL interface.
Gotta say, my sound comes from the bass itself, a digital chorus, and the fact that I record everything twice, and pan it. I do not duplicate a mono part and pan them, I record a left, then a right. Together, with a HP filter and some radical panning, I get a really full, swirling type of sound that I really like.
Never used Zoom or Peavey, except my first bass was a Peavey Patriot. Black with one pick-up. Sounded like crap, too. Oh well, I got what I paid for, which was 150 bucks at a pawn shop.
love the reverse technique you use in the song.
You say you used Midi drums?... they sound awesome! what did you use?
I wish i could give you some feedback on the guitars for you but i dont know the slightest thing about guitars, but they sound fantastic :D
Man, I love reverse stuff. Every project I do I reverse most things at least once to see if they fit a new way.
The Midi I used was stock kits in StudioOne. There are a few percussive loops used in the end, but it's really all about reverb. I have two different and subtle reverbs on the kit, and it helps. Mostly what helps is that I played nearly all of it with the percussion finger pads on my Midi controller. A very helpful user here gave me a shit-load of midi rhythm files, and that is what I usually go to, but I wasn't finding anything I liked or that fit, so I did nearly all by assigning drums to my Akai Pro MAX25's touch-pads and playing it by finger,.... with some considerable fixing with the mouse.
Thanks for the time and the feedback. It is appreciated.
love that sudden tempo change at 2:40. that was impactful as hell! can't find any shaming opportunities so far. the aquatic effect is great! justs great ideas and execution all the way through. huge fav!
This is one of my favorites now. Aquatic sound is a ring modulator with a random shifting effect and some heavy delay.
As for your private inquiry, someone else would be better for you. I kinda stay to myself after a bad experience here. No offense. I appreciate your consideration.
Hey Evan.
I'm Groovin on this new tune!
Sadly I've haven't spent much time here on the Loop over several months and have probably missed several tracks from those I tend to follow. Hoping to get back to frequency again. Anyhow during my hiatus it seems you have done some experimenting as I'm noticing some different instruments in use here that differ from what I remember as being your typical choice. Nothing wrong with that, on the contrary I really like the freshness and unique quality your bringing to the table. I can vouch for those commenting on the Asian flavoring that appears evident here. My girlfriend is Asian and I get to listen to a lot of this type of music now. Some I really like, some not so much. I know it wasn't intentional on your part but I did feel it a bit as well.
I have always liked your style and agree to some extent with what Aaron said. But also would like to encourage you to continue to blaze your own trail and don't put that much stock in what you get in terms of track feedback here or anywhere else. Its cool to hear everyone's take and all and a lot of people think its necessary to progress. I don't so much agree. But that's another thing entirely.
Hey good luck on the Drum software. I'm presently working with Superior drummer which I chose over EZdrummer because of its better sound shaping options and MIDI control features that EZ doesn't have. You might compare to see which would be better suited to you especially considering its more designed for the professional musician. Not that I'm a professional by any means, but in your case it might make a difference.
"Sadly I've haven't spent much time here on the Loop over several months....Hoping to get back to frequency again....during my hiatus"
Not my business, but I hope everything is OK and things are going good again. Life can be such shit sometimes, that we really have to appreciate every second we're suckin in and blowin out air.
"encourage you to continue to blaze your own trail and don't put that much stock in what you get in terms of track feedback here or anywhere else. Its cool to hear everyone's take and all and a lot of people think its necessary to progress. I don't so much agree."
I've realized something recently. Since discovering this site, and posting tracks and getting feedback, I've been writing my music with the thought of the opinions of others. How something may be received. In that way, I feel I've lost something visceral. At the same time, I feel that it's made me more productive because of the desire to make something that others enjoy. It's a really good feeling having someone enjoy something you've made. I've been trying not to let that steer me, take more time with tracks, keep it enjoyable.
Drum software cash has yet to appear, (though I've been praying to the ghost of John Bohnam, and the deity known as Danny Carey, asking for the cash, but they seemed to have had something else going on at that moment).
on Doobie Juice by Evisma
Or, in your imminent case, weed down.

I hope all is well up north!

"I am at work"
I figured you could rock some ear-buds while villaining.
Hope all is well.

Good work here and enjoyable track!
Best to you,
Alex

Til next time...
Latergator

"What's a happnin' dewd?"

Take care.

Hilarious.
Hope all is well.

Liked this song. Very good.

"- not so fond of the "muted" notes played in the intro, would like them to sound differently (more fx maybe?)

Bear

You say you used Midi drums?... they sound awesome! what did you use?
I wish i could give you some feedback on the guitars for you but i dont know the slightest thing about guitars, but they sound fantastic :D
respect

Have a good one!
