Well I'm using and have used a lot of the same gear, that they used then...
Not many things have changed sound wise, and the chord patterns and
formulas have not changed, there are some different tunings...
But that's all...
So in fact it's kinda hard not to sound like or play chords like someone else
has in the past...They were our teachers after all...
A lot of Music was played in the 70's, good luck in trying to find out who...
danke seems to have a way of keeping things fairly simple yet grabbing your attention...and I think you have kept that approach going here TG...When I think of the songs that have stuck in my hear for years a big majority of them also have that same quality...you do it well my friend...I never stop by your place without being impressed and well entertained...great stuff..and delivered to my speakers just the way it should be.........Ed
Thanks...ED
I just tried to stay as close, as I could to him wanting to play that thing
or feel that he didn't play but belonged there from an artistic view of
the chord pattern...That's how I do it anyway...Easy Big formulas sound
better as well, simple to maintain the harmonics of the tune...with sustain...
The bounce guitar is just dancing with the hithat...
ED....It's nothing but some music, when you run into something that is fun
to do....Then it becomes a treat and a pleasure...
Thanks again for stopping in, both Danke and I are glad you enjoyed this...
Sounding good from here. The mixture of instruments is excellent. It's got an 80's kind of vibe which i like and it's intense. Love the melody and all the harmonising. Once again you've showed your skills as a force to be reckoned with. This was truly a pleasure to listen to.
FR
The only Identity factor of the 80's is the Big distorted Guitar, that's all...
And I only used it because it fit the bill, Danke's track made it possible
to make it work...
I just played the pattern chord wise, that he had playing on the keys that's
what Music is, you go with the flow or where it leads you...
Not defy the harmonic structure but enhance it...
Thanks again for stopping, we are glad you enjoyed it...
Very nice song! i love the combination of synths and guitars but that distorted guitar is sick i really like how it sounds, very clean and powerful riffs, superb work!
hi soundhound, very nice remix but you should put the correct name of the artist in the title.
nice and funky guitars anyway.
I thought you might also consider putting 'feat. soundhound' when adding only guitars to the original track without editing it's structure but this is still my personal preference.
nice guitar playing and bass synth sound - I enjoyed it! Alex
aaaa...Forgot the E on His name, a type-O thanks for the Call...
Yea...Well it's his track, I just added to it so as far as I can see
the track, is still the Feature not the fact that I played on it...
Ain't nothing but some Good Music to me...
I do like the sound of this one and sort of half remember the original from a while ago.
First bassline is great and reminds me strongly of one of my favourite basslines of all time, by one of my favourite bands of all time - Ozric Tentacles.
The 1st part was the bass that Dank had in place already, the part that
I played started at 1:26 to 2:02 just that section is where I played the Bass...
Funny thing is, he didn't have a bass in that section, so I put it in...It worked...

I'm not quite sure which your guitar parts are in this one but I'm guessing it's some of the higher, funkier ones, eg starting on 0:43.
I also really like the tight rock chords starting 0:37. All that playing blends perfectly with the beat, bass, lead synth and funk guitar.
1:12 cool funk guitar bendy fill!
More detail from me another time if I remember.
This track is guaranteed to get loads of comments as it features Danke. It's also really good!
