I liked the first two minutes, the start was fine, but then gradually lost similarity to oroginal, yet was so great christmas reminded me one more time.

Amazing, really great track. The guitar is excellent in my opinion, and very groovy. This puts me in mind of some of the stuff trent reznor did on Ghosts I-IV. I honestly can't think of any critisism.

(Audition has Izotope ingrained in its EQ stuff, but it is a really a live recording program... imo...)
I know a lot of people hate reverb, but this song might become larger with some reverb. Especially on the drums. Plate Reverb.

i liked it, the acoustic part was excellent. i couldn't help but hear an extension to that, but i think it would end up sounding too classical, i'd like to instead hear some fuzz guitar at the end.
i never really cared for Canon that much but this track breathes some life into the work, and i like the 80's happy sounding synths, to me that's what it reminds me of i mean i could hear some poppish female vocals singing something about balloons and candy.
sounds cool for a throw together. the only thing that didn't fit to me was the bleep in the main loop, what was that a cowbell? take it out if you can or at least try layering another sound over it to see the change in effect.
