on Khab chill out trial by deciBel
Hi, Behnam! I like your sound choices a lot and the way you move them around on the sound stage. It is a very special, chilled mood you create. I hear two distinct sections in this evocative track and see a different image for each of those sections. peace. Dan

Whatever that strange cloud I'm hearing along with the guitar sounds a little eerie. lol. The guitar sounds happy yet sad, as if longing for something... better times with the ambience. And then the flutes come in and get you feeling Nastalgic... I don't even know if that's how you spell it. Man... that harmonica really blended well... I don't know why I was thinking Bioshock Infinite while listening to this though... doesn't sound anywhere similar just the mood I guess.

Uh oh, I can tell you've been doing this a while by how you mastered everything together. Nothing sounds too loud or too quite, great mastering! The pianos and the watery sounds along with the chimes makes the atmosphere, dude. Great job. You should make stuff for movies!

Wonderful rendition. It's nice to see a classical player on here. I studied it for four years in college, so, I do have a place for it close to my heart. Hope to hear more from you soon. Play some Nikita Koshkin, and I will come and be your househusband forever.

This guitar heaven reminds me how miserable player I am... :-)

Thanx for the upload Mr. BehnamZandi, the linguist :-)

Danke
deciBel
deciBel replied 15th May 2013 - 12 years ago
hahaha!well according to I'm a linguist let me translate U for the others correctly .in fact it's written by Danke :
''miserable Behnam my player son ! why don't U try more to learn to play guitar in an admirable manner like I do ?!? U remind me my wacky guitar students behnam & It makes me tired to want to try to learn U more son !try Behnam try and listen my traX as a lesson as always ,although We bith nw atlast U behnam can't play like me ''
dear readers , dear listeners & friends , this was the proper translation of what Danke my friend ,as a master to me about guitar should wrote honestly.cause He has played more than all my lifetime but he wants to encourage his yunger colleague.thanx alot master Danke for your humbling & kindness encouragement my friend.best wishes.___Behnam.

on Guitar and afro flute trial - crystal by deciBel
this is a very interesting, minimalist kind of mix. i like your choice of sounds - the reverb guitar, the low string of the acoustic guitar, the flute. and then you go into a groove and it really develops in a neat way. All the power, brother.
deciBel
deciBel replied 15th May 2013 - 12 years ago
glad if U may have liked it Dan , this track has a lot of memories behind of those flutes for me , but now some times I think I should have been going earlier to that groovy part & also could select a more considered membranophonic & idiophonic line as beat instead of its beat .human is alive addicted to the hope & I hope can have better idea for such things in my traX in future. I am gracefull because of your taken time, attention, perception & commenting on this trial of mine Dan.accept my best wishes ,Sincerely.___Behnam.

I Agree with Killumineye it does have an Irish celtic feel to it, but also a Senegalise sound, sort of what Babba Maal who has also used a Breton harp in his work. The Music invokes in me a sense of history or what I would call timeless music. Great song I really enjoyed listening to this one!

It reminds me when i was in Dance Academy!

We would do contemporary Dance to music like this!

Music that makes you dance, but when your dancing the music changes mood and your dancing reflects it!

It has grace as i can dance in the light and sunshine parts!

and it has its night, when i take on the form of a wolf!.

Good thought provoking music behnam....

its like yin and yang!
deciBel
deciBel replied 15th May 2013 - 12 years ago
what an interesting review Chris ! I've tried to a contemporary music to reflect by some thing like a slow ping_pong between the note & chords , the suspension bridge which is suspended in a brain & changing mood which there is in someone's mind who is thinking about something and asking himself & in the same time answeres and in the middle of answering again question comes through . your example about contemporary dance is too proper & right althought I know it's not(this trial I mean) considered enough and also it's some how in 7.8 time in some parts and this is so hard for dancing , but Ja...If I had composed it in a coeficent bar line in all chords , It was really better ...!thanx alot for your really usefull comment Chris .I found what's the problem about it by your comment man and I should be gracefull from all respects .my grates appreciation about your time, perception, and usefull comment my dear friend .best wishes as always.____Behnam.

thanx alot Bonnie for your beautifull perception . Bonnie living in a VacUUmeD is such a bitter sensation which can't be expressed by the words , and I think this old saying is right about music that music begins where the words are stopped and doesn't wotk to describe something .I appreciate your time & also your sense because of this comment which makes me feel this track has been underestood by another one of my looperman friends too .respects & my best wishes for U,our planet & the liberty.___Behnam.

Beautiful, I don't feel this is a sad song, as much as it is an uplifting soulful experience song. Like wise eyes reflecting on a lifetime of good and bad. Like time slipping away from someone. I definitely feel an ''enigma'' like quality to this as well in the musicianship. But outstanding work my friend., this piece moves me.
