I don't use guitars much in my songs, as I'm a crappy guitar player :S -- and haven't really found a VST that creates realistic guitars. Thanks, bro!! I appreciate the kind words. In terms of your claps, you probably just need to find better-premade ones. I use the claps from the "Vengeance Drum pack" a lot. Most of the time, very little processing is needed on my end. I'd say keep experimenting and trying different packs until you find ones that best fit your style. It took me years to find the ones that I actually liked. Now I have like 5 packs that I use in practically all my songs lol.

Thanks, Knight! I hear you. I like making my own instrumentals when I have the time, but I find a lot of my best vocals come out on projects where I'm not the producer. It's just easier and quicker to put out content when you're not solely responsible for everything. I think I'll be doing this some more -- perhaps with Looper artist instrumentals instead.
