This is very cool...with the typicality of the genre...huge instrumentalism and great caw...but there is no bass (I know, there is but where?) and it gives only high frequencies...(and I also know, that this is the feature of the style, but...)
Thanks for the response, Danke. That's actually good feedback. It sounded pretty okay over the studio monitors, but I'll look into the frequencies again.
Holy shit....been a while since I've listened to this genre :))
You definitely have potential man. This is like the nords taking over the metal scene again :))))
You should let me mix some of your music, it might surprise you what a good mix can do.
I totally loved the breakdown, the sound overall feels like the bass is misssing but thats probably due to the kick overpowering the low end, the snare also comes from the left and it sounds a bit of. Are those guitars double tracked for left and right? if so you could pan them fully left and right cause at the moment everything sounds a bit claustrophobic, at least to my ears. A more open sound will totally make this pop out of the speakers.
Thank you, sir! Always nice to receive feedback. And you are totally right, this isn't mixed the way it should be ;-) I'll be honest and saying I haven't double tracked as this is purely a working concept for now. I intend to find a drummer and record actual drums, rather than using a VST plugin, and also find a true vocalist to redo the vocals properly. I'm not really fond of 'publishing' a track with computerised drums and my ******* vocals ;-)
I will however keep your offer in mind as I really do appreciate it!
Hi, thanks for the response! I'm not sure, really, what I will be doing with this track. As of now, I don't have any plans for it. I'm currently more focussing on my band and a symphonic black metal project I'm recording at home. So for now, I'll bench it and review it on a later date.
Not a bad effort. The breadown is great and spot on, I love the chord selection. I liked the toms sound. Some elements of the song are really good and have some potential for development, it just needs some variation with the drums and guitar patterns.
And I absolutelly loved the triplet feel, Ialways love those changes. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the feedback, Mahloo13. Very constructive, really appreciate it :) I'm leaving this one "on the shelfs", if you will, to revisit it later and take your comments into account.

Impressive work however. Totally up my alley.
