Very cool first attempt at this track! The noises all sound really high quality and not clashing. Good progression.. maybe the intro is a bit long and I agree that the drums sound too rockish- maybe good for a intro but after a drop or something change them up to add more punch and change up the hi-hat/closed/open/ride/panning.
its quite a solid beat ! the only thing i would say is the drums sound more like a rock track i know ur goin for that sound.. jus when ur drop comes id change it to the classic dubstep roll u kno ? good work tho
Yeah, it was a very minor edit, I would've just changed the file and left one song up but for some reason that wasn't working and I was feeling impatient. About what you asked on the other version, yep, vocals are on the way! My dorm's just not the best place for recording them :p
