MinkSoda this is without a doubt a very interesting and creative track with a message. It sounds like the vocals off beat with the track but they actually aren't. Very energic and creative way to get your message across, the track itself demands your undivided attention. And the vocals are really powerful and work well in this setting, great job I enjoyed your track.
Hello MinkSoda, enjoyed this energetic tribute to the environment, great vocals and background chorus....nice effects and music accompaniment.....great job
2nd listen and it's still good! to answer your question, actually I did a lot of tracks with Lauren ann hoff (leo valentine), surely a better voice that I listened to on LM, and more in my musical comfort zone!
Michael
Michael, Thank you so much for the kind words:) I think the title is Breakin it. It's funny I was going to suggest Leo Valentine for a vocalist you said you were looking for, but I see you've already heard her. She would be great on Breakin it. Though I like the vocalist you were working with on your opening tracks....was that Leo Valentine, by any chance? kinda sounded like her. Peace (I can hear your band playing large venues very nice work)
Interesting track with progressive rock, jazz and psychedelic atmospheres and which pleasantly deviates from the usual listening. I believe there is a great need for music of this genre, with a charge of originality and creativity that is increasingly difficult to find.
A cordial greeting
Marco
I don't know how this track slipped through the cracks, it's a JAM! It should have a million hits. If you keep showing up like this, it won't be for nothing.
PEACE...
This is the first track I've listened to all day today, (and I've been on the site for hours) from beginning to end and loved every minute of it! The composition is off the chain, the execution was perfect. Keep up the good work. BTW... What part of Chi? I'm SOUTHSIDE! (Markham).
Hey Bro! My name is Wendell and 'Windycity' is my nick name.
I'm in SF Bay Area in CA. Thanks for the comment and the listen. I know it must be freezing where you are in Chicago:)
drumming is absolutely pro, with that bass it gives a special groovy duel...my personal taste don't hear the guitar in it, better some synths but not much and kinda effects things...
Love that Sax and need more of the muted guitar in the background. I hear some nice semi-tones. This kinda sound like two different songs but it works.

P.S. the groove Jamie is playing is a groove I like; to me its like she is 'swinging' the 1/8 th notes as jazz will do in a funky way...
